Let's start off with the fact that I emailed them first to make sure they could assist me after that they reported back saying they could help me fill out all these necessary information
So I paid them and then called them to get help as instructed.
They refused they said it was too sensitive and they could not talk to me about it over the phone I said I cannot fill it out online and stare at a screen and try to figure things out for that long. Of time they said it was an online business. This is how it worked I said I have a disability I am unable to do that and I already asked for assistance.
The person on the other end just said request a refund and hung up that was 3 months ago I am still fighting for a refund and they are refusing to refund me saying that the papers were not denied but they are also refusing me service due to a disability!

Tip for consumers:
They claim that because the papers weren't denied and courts they will not refund me but yet they refuse to provide me with any type of service to verify if it is or isn't being accepted by the court

That they was very helpful with the process with getting all paperwork filled out correct . Plus the online chat was great

There were alot of ways to file for a divorce and they had the tools to help you find what you need I highly recommend

Wonderful people and great knowledge of my divorce and help me understand what was going on every step of the way

Overall everything was wonderful and they helped me out with my divorce and they were very polite and respectful and the price is great cause I tried other places to get a divorce but I loved the price they gave me thank you so much ❤️

** Updated.. They did finally refund the money that was overcharged on my account but when I filed the paperwork with the clerk of court, 2 of the forms were rejected because they were not the right forms to submit for my divorce. I ended up going online to the State Of Florida's website and downloaded the correct forms to resubmit. My best advice to everyone is just go to your states family law website and do it all yourself. It will save you time and money.

I was double charged for the shipping fee of $39.99 and was charged a total of $238.99. I have only been able to reach someone through the live chat and was told multiple times this will be refunded but still has not. I have left multiple voicemails because it never connects you to a live agent and have never received a return call. Now today I cant even login to the site. Google keeps saying the site is not secure. I'm truly scared I have been a victim of fraud with this company and praying that when I file with the clerk of court I don't have issues with the paperwork.

I used this website for annulment papers. They sent me divorce. It clearly says annulment on my receipt and they still wont give me a refund, saying that I ordered divorce papers. I have been trying since end of May to get a refund. Now they are saying since the forms were completed i dont qualify. I DIDNT GET WHAT I PAID FOR! Horrible customer service. BE CAREFUL.

They literally stole money out of my account and have refused to refund me. They said it would cost $139 to have my divorce papers done. That was not true. The site says you will be able to download and print off the papers after paying. They then proceed to make you fill out a "Divorce Interview" before they say they will allow you to print off your forms. Afterward, they do not give you the option to print them. They only allow you to pay a fee to have them mailed or pay $99 to "expedite" your papers. You literally cannot proceed without choosing one of those options. They also charged me $50 for a "divorce store" access. Despite me never agreeing to use their "divorce store" and after I declined the monthly subscription. I am so afraid I wasted the time and money I had on this "reputable" business. They appear to be a scam and thrive off of fraudulent business practices. I looked into them before deciding to even start the process and they been listed as trustworthy by so many places. They have to pay for their positive reviews, that is the only way they can keep tricking people.

This service is advertised as being $139. It was not. In total I spent $369. This service is advertised as making your paperwork and filing easier. It has been anything but. Whoever did my forms made a bunch of mistakes and filled them out wrong. When I email no one gets back to me. When I have called, which is several times. It either says the call center is closed(I leave a voicemail no one gets back to me) or it says I’m first in line but I’m on hold forever…then when someone does answer they have horrible customer service, they’re rude, and will put me on hold while I’m in the middle of a sentence without saying anything, they are not helpful and keep telling me I just need to email. I tried to go back in to fix the errors on the paperwork and it wouldn’t save the changes, it would just reset back to what they had it put in as. This service is such a scam.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!! RUN LIKE HELL!!!!!!
THEY NEVER TELL YOU WHAT THEIR TRULY GOING TO CHARGE. THEY SAY A FLAT FEE OF 139$ THEN IMMEDIATELY CHARGE ALL THESE FEES THEY NEVER DISCLOSED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! I NEVER RECEIVED ANY DIVORCE PAPERS OR SERVICES FROM THEM. AS SOON AS I SAW THE CHARGES FROM MY BANK ALERTING ME VIA TEXT I REPORTED IT AS FRAUD AND HAD MY CARD BLOCKED. I WENT TO MY BANK FILLED OUT THE FRAUD PAPERS HAD ALL THE ILLEGAL CHARGES REVERSED THEN OVER A MONTH LATER MY ACCOUNT SHOWS THOSE LIARS AND FRAUDS SOMEHOW CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN!!! IT SAID REVERSE FRAUD!!!!! WTH!!! THAT MEANS THEY DISPUTED THE FRAUD CHARGES DESPITE IT BEING FRAUDULENT WHAT THEY DID TO ME AND SO MANY OTHERS🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. WE NEED AN ATTORNEY TO FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT ASAP. THESE EVIL LIARS ARE NOTHING BUT LOW LIFE FRAUDS VICTIMIZING INNOCENT PEOPLE WHO TAKE THEM AT THEIR WORD FOR THE 139$. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! I BELIEVE MY BANK WILL BE LIABLE FOR AIDING AND ABETTING THIEVES BECAUSE THEY ALLOWED THEM TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT AGAIN AFTER FILING FRAUD. They added $39 to mail me the papers I paid $139 for. You may not print them yourself. I cancelled as soon as I saw that additional charge (same day I paid it) and they refused to refund any money (not even the shipping fee that they will not need because I will not use this service.) They try to charge you for every little thing and they are deceptive and don't tell you they will charge you. I have to also warn you there is a monthly subscription fee also! They are so bad that I walked away from $179 and went to a reputable online divorce site.
Update- months after my interaction with them they attempted to withdraw money from my checking account for a "subscription fee". I know I DID NOT agree to the subscription, but when I logged back into their site I saw that my answer had been changed from not agreeing to the subscription to agreeing to it! Thankfully my debit card had been cancelled so they were not able to get any more money! Who needs a subscription for divorce services? Deceptive and downright illegal business practices.

If I could leave a 0 I would! These guys are thieves and liars! I never got my papers I paid for, I tried contacting them and NO ONE reached out to contact me, it's been two months now! And now there has been fraudulent activity on my card that I used which I haven't used on anything since this purchase! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! IT IS NOT LEGITIMATE! I am contacting the better business bureau, and everyone else who has had problems should do the same. We have to get these guys shut down so they don't keep robbing people of their money!!
