I am so impressed with this organization, and specifically their staff Amy. We had been going thru very ineffective communications with an out of state Department of Motor Vehicles. To the point they advised my son he would need to fly to that state to obtain a duplicate of his title that he had never recieved ! He had purchased this vehicle while stationed there on his deployment to Iraq. What a night mare this DMV WAS. So glad we used Cartitles.com. Amy regularly communicated and responded to phone calls and texts thru out. Thank you so much, we are now on possession of his car title.

Moved out of the state and needed a car…
Moved out of the state and needed a car title replacement and did not know which website to go to and I found the right one and they are perfect. They are Reliable to the fullest. They communicate very well and they are affordable and they are 100% real. I recommend everyone that needs a title or anything similar to car paperwork. My honest opinion is this is the place to go. My experience with CarTitle.com was outstanding from start to finish. What really set the company apart was their consistent and proactive communication throughout the entire process.
Within 24–72 hours of starting, I received a personal phone call explaining exactly when my paperwork would arrive. When the package came, it was incredibly well organized—each document included clear instructions, and the areas requiring signatures were marked with bright yellow sticky notes, making the process simple and stress-free. They even included a pink sheet offering direct assistance, letting me know I could call and have someone walk me through everything step by step if needed.
Their follow-up was just as impressive. Within 48 hours, I received another call to confirm that I had completed the documents and sent them back using the prepaid envelope. Shortly after, they reached out again to confirm receipt and clearly explained the processing timeline. I have owned my Audi and misplaced the title. I had to order a duplicate in order to trade in my vehicle for a new one. I filled out the paperwork and paid the fee. 5 weeks later, I received a letter from PennDOT that my car is not titled in PA any longer. I immediately did a CarFax and learned that 2 weeks after I used this company an provided my VIN number, my title was transferred in the state of Montana to a third party. The ONLY way that my car title could have landed in these criminal's hands is through whoever was "helping" me. Records show it was transferred on February 26, 2026, 3 weeks after I provided Cartitiles.com my information. I now have PA State police involved and it is a disaster. And now, they are not responding to my inquiries. These people and/or the people that "helped" me are criminals!!!!!

We take matters like this extremely seriously and want to clarify that our role in your case was limited to submitting a duplicate title request with PennDOT using the documentation you provided. We do not have the ability to transfer ownership of a vehicle, and a VIN alone is not sufficient to complete a title transfer.
Based on our records, your application was submitted to the Pennsylvania DMV, and the check was processed by them. We have not received any indication from the state that a transfer was initiated through our request.
We absolutely want to help get to the bottom of this. If you have any documentation from PennDOT, CarFax, or law enforcement showing the transfer details, please share it with us so we can review internally and assist however possible.
We have also been responding to your inquiries and remain available to work with you directly on this matter. Please feel free to contact us so we can continue assisting.

The service cartitles provides is worth the price in my opinion. You technically submit your title application through them. They verify and double check your application for errors, you then notarize it, send it back to them and they mail it to the BMV for processing with the application fee.
The process is longer than direct approach but provides peace of mind as they inform you about the status of your application throughout the way.
Amy, Amy, Amy - ask for her. She was amazing!
