Movers are very professional and fast

Excellent service. Nicholas and his team are amazing ! Highly recommend.

The crew leader didn't load the 2-26' trucks fully. They dropped several things during the loading. They were dismissive about dropping items. The crew leader complained incessantly about the workload. The crew leader pointed out anticipation of going to the next job that was over 3 hours in the future. Lack of focus on wrapping our project up. The had room. I visually saw it. They were instructed they could leave a mattress and box spring if needed. Instead, they left important items including pictures, etc. Now, my wife and I had to fly back, rent a car, then a Uhaul, then load and drive back to our new home in Iowa. It will cost us an additional $1600. I am one to leave a tip, even on moderate to bad service. Because of the crew leader not loading the remainder of our items and it costing me, I will not be leaving a tip this time. She can tip the other people. On a positive the driver AJ was very nice and professional. The loaders, other than the crew leader were positive on interactions with my wife and kids. Very disappointed in having fix their lack of discipline to finish the loading project. The second driver was not helpful or professional upon delivery. He slept in his truck without letting us aware we were good to start unloading. We waited about 20 minutes before checking on him, waking him up to get an update of next steps. He didn't help to open the trailer door which I found could be a danger and liability concern if one of us novice people got injured attempting to open the door and get the ramp prepped. I did a lot of homework on finding a moving company. I've never utilized one before. Bellhop was the cheapest. I now believe they were the cheapest because of cutting some corners and ultimately costing me more money after the delivery/unloading was done. Items should not have been left behind. Trucks should not have taken off. They had more room. Zero doubt in my mind about this. The crew leader made this happen.

I give Michael and Keenan A+++ for their professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness. They completed the job quickly and noticed everything. They offered recommendations and made sure they were thorough. I really appreciated them and Bellhop, and I plan to tell all my friends and family!

Just moved to Tampa from Chicago and the bellhop movers were fantastic. I used them to help load and unload the Uhaul on both ends of the trip. In Tampa we were helped by Matthew, Roberto, and Vanessa. They were fantastic! I would use bellhop again!

We have used bellhop moving before earlier this year when we moved into our new home, and they did a great job for us! Pat and Manuel were both prompt and moved everything we needed moved without any issue. They were both kind and efficient.

This is for my Houston move. I want to give ZERO stars to this Bellhop Company! ZEROOOOOO. I have never worked with a company who will never let you speak to their supervisor. I booked packing services only and stated it in my notes as well and i was charged $173. I called 48 hrs in advance to inform them I wouldn't need their services and they said it would cost me $200. So i decided to keep the service. On the day of they realized it was only a packing service in which i booked on Dec. 11th online. They called me to tell me it will now cost me $284 per hour w/ a 3 hr minimum to pack up my kitchen because THEY didn't realize it was only a packing and not load and unload. I never even left an address to unload at. SMH. I said oh no that's not in my budget; can you please have a Supe reach out to me asap to dissolve this issue? Do you know the rep tried to blame me and harassed and yelled at me for asking them to refund and cancel due to their negligence. Then he told me that even with a reservation confirmation which the price is confirmed that it will go up. That's unethical practice. They ended up canceling with no call or email from the higher ups and now I'm stuck packing everything by myself and they have the nerve to charge my card $200!! What a joke this company is. I would definitely stay away!!!

The crew was hard working and efficient. My only complaint is there was supposed to be 3 people and only 2 showed up so the job took longer and I had to pay extra hours for the truck

Guys were great but Bellhop charged me almost $500 more after the move with no explanations!! I requested multiple times a detailed invoice, nobody bothered to respond. So disappointed!!
