This was the first time I ordered from Gerrys. I live in Northern Ireland and was a bit worried about the delivery times after reading the reviews, however delivery was excellent. Items received within 7 days which was much quicker than other UK mainland companies I have dealt with. Super prices, cheap postage and great delivery service.

Goods arrived in time and as described. I am a happy customer 👍

I chose a voucher for a birthday present. My brother uses lots of weights, rigs etc sea fishing. This will help him top up, plus see all the other products on offer.

I am familiar with and very happy with the Spinfisher series of reels and I have bought a number of them in the past from different sources. What impressed me about Gerrysfishing apart from the competitive price, was the fact the braid I ordered was already spooled onto the reel on arrival from home. It was also greased professionally. A lovely surprise and a great touch. Thank you

Tempest brolly and accessories were processed quickly and secured together well. These have been checked but due to change in temperature have not been used yet. Mail24 took three days despite message from mail saying they were being delivered next day, when they did not arrived I checked there tracking which showed them sat in Coventry distribution centre for a 24hr rest before delivering two days later. Not Gerry’s tackle fault at all just poor delivery service which seems the norm nowadays

Good communication speedy delivery exactly what I want from a company.

That online services are the worst one I ever seen!! I emailed them but no answer, I was ok with any little update but I never had any update. I texted to live chat, they told me “you have still a week our process is 8-15 days” its been 19 days still awaiting dispatch! Are you joking guys? It’s not even acceptable 15 days, still you can’t dispatching during that time. As I understand as a local business they are successful but online is something guys. You are rather amateur or I don’t want to say other option. Shop is in UK but even the Chinese one sending in 5 days. I think they just thinking “lets the seabass over properly then after we can send them”. Okay guys I’ve missed the season because of you, you’re free to send my items!!! I can’t believe my experience. I’m not surprise if someone email me to tell “the items we don’t have, we could give your money back”. You are not taking this job seriously but people expecting something something from you.

Well considering you have sent asking for a review before after 2 weeks of waiting for goods to arrive which to date have still not been despatched, and after 2 emails asking for an update on a delivery time but no response given..I don’t think your doing that well to be honest!

Ordered a travel spinning rod good description on website arrived when expected and packaged well item was good quality and very happy with it 👍

I required a replacement top joint for my fishing rod, a travel boat rod. It snapped whilst fishing on a holiday to Devon. I firstly went to my local tackle shop who told me it was impossible to get a replacement.
The purchase price of the fishing rod was about £127.
I called Gerry’s the staff member was most helpful,
He located a replacement and at a cost of £46 .i could probably buy a cheaper fishing rod for less, but would rather have my original rod back in use.So I have placed the order. Thank you all for your help. I have opened an account with Gerry’s and have bought tackle since.And will continue todo so, Andrew
