Very reliable company ! From the order to the delivery , no problem and the GENVO MAX works just perfectly ! I had a problem with my magnetic holder after a few months and they sent one for free !! very commercial !

My experience with this company has been generally very positive. The customer service that I received from Vojtěch Holáň was quite simply first class from the initial point of ordering to the return of the unit and a full refund. I would have offered 5 Stars on the basis that the unit would have offered the expectations I was looking for, however on the basis that this didn't happen I can only offer 4. The product seems a good one and the bands that bands and updates that are covered on a European basis are very good with an easy update process for both Mac and PC users. This was one of the reasons I went for this unit being a Mac user! If you are looking for this type of unit and would thoroughly recommend it based on its general function options, mounting and size compared with similar on the market. Other manufactures should offer the same approach to their customers, as Genevo currently have the edge!

Great products and unbelievable good customer service

I own this Genevo Max device for about 2 years now, and it's fantastic and the best device in Europe!

Also, there is great support from the support and the Developers.

More then happy to have support by monthly updates.

die produkte von genevo sind einfach klasse und sparen viel geld - unbestritten! was aber noch mehr zaehlt: der support ist freundlich, bemueht und stets mit rat und tat zur hilfe. gerne wuerde ich 6 sterne vergeben!

Genevo offers a very good advisory, even calls you back sometimes & you get an aswer to every question before the deal.
Updates are possible every 3 months (free & optional) and easy to get to without any login. The Genevo max is small, easy to handle, doesn't get under my skin using it & boots up real fast.

This no fancy pioneer tool anymore.

You got so many setting options, that it will work for you, no matter how you config it.
Only Problem: No Eso blocking technically possible with a mobile device & the Genevo Max is pretty expensive - but this was both mentioned before and i am glad at least someone offers a solid detection device.
If you live in a urban area, this is perfect for you
Not working for the high speed tracking on motorways (Eso Es 3.0)
But the Max works fine within it's limits and just when you forgot it's presence, it warn's you from a mobile PoliScan ...
Dodging a bullet gives you always a satisfying smile.
The feeling of a safe drive across big towns and inner city's is great and it saved me two times big ;-)

Ik gebruik de genevo max 2 maand .Maar hier in belgie ben je er eigenlijk niks mee hij detecteerd de radars niet het is eigenlijk niet meer dan een dure coyotee. Is wel jammer had er meer van verwacht.Heeft iemand een idee welk toestel wel de RT4 van de Gatso T-series en de NK7 kan opsporen

long story short, i was hesiteting on spending this much money on a device i've never tried. upon contacting the sales they explained and gave all the details i needed to know to decide, when i finally decided to purchase my Genevo max my card didn't go throught and when i asked Genevo about doing a bank transfer they send me the detail i needed to complete the transfer. when i contacted sales about the best setting for the genevo max they kindly provided a table with the best setting for detection.

Good products to detect all cash machine !

My Genevo One M had speaker issue. I send it from Finland to Genevo (Poland) and 2 weeks later I got it back fixed! One person in sales team and one person in custome service, I was writing emails to both employees was responding to my emails in couple hours. And how they solve my promblem and how they were wrinting was extremly polite and professional. I also bought new device, Genevo Max.

I highly recommed to buy direclty from genevo!

I have my Genevo Max a week now. Several independent sources recommend the Max for Ireland. It outperforms any previous detector I've tried. I had to contact Josef at customer care to help with a few teething problems. Great feedback and assistance. All emails answered quickly and honestly. I am confident that Genevo will continue to take care of me. With such technology with backup and updates, you definitely get what you pay for and I would strongly recommend this product.
