There was a problem with my order, but staff at the Ripon office were very helpful. They rang back within ten minutes, had sorted the problem out and then I received my package within 3 days with the delivery charge waived. Thank you for your prompt service.

Very helpful when I rang to confirm delivery date. No delivery charge and took old washer away for £10. A lot of other retailers charge £20.

Easy to find and select suitable items on the website. As a weekday delivery and installation was difficult due to a combination of my availability and delivery routes, Craggs organised for this to take place on Saturday (no extra charge), which was brilliant. All efficiently done and new dishwasher running beautifully.

Popped in late on today for electric heaters as my central heating had just broken down.
Served by a guy with a lovely attitude, got exactly the heaters I wanted and at a good price too.

I purchased this item after being directed to this shop by a price comparison site,as obviously it was cheaper,when it arrived it was not the model I was looking at previously,I had a great deal of trouble trying to get a refund as they said I had been sent what I had ordered,which of course as far as I was concerned I had not ordered that model as the first time I saw it was when it arrived,I have returned it to them at my cost and will take up my case with Klarna who were very helpful.

i purchased a hoover h700 3 in 1 vacuum cleaner yesterday.
fantastic service in the Boroughbridge store unlike one of there other stores. one of the members of staff went and got it from the store room.
before purchasing it i did a lot of research on it and it it rated one of the best vacuum cleaners on the good house keeping website as the recommended it.
i will purchase from there again.

I was very pleased with this company. I ordered an iron which was no longer available so they sent me an email to see if would like a different one. I phoned to check what was happening and the man was really helpful and friendly and sorted it out straight away. The iron arrived two days later. The company appears to be an old fashioned sort ( in a good way!) with great customer service and real people on the other end of the phone. Would use them again.
