Quick service and generally friendly and helpful but felt that there was friction at some points.

My experience from start to finish was excellent, what made a particular difference and the difference that will ensure my continued custom was the communication. At all times I was fully up to date with movements, emails updating me, fast replies to questions and a fantastic customer service experience. Service like this is sorely lacking in todays market.
