Having always rented in the private sector but new to the UK rental market I was blown away by the knowledge and expertise of the team at Garton Jones Queenstown Rd. Big shout out to Eloise for guiding me through the process here.

Before the renting process and moving to London from another country was very stressful but Garton made my partner and I’s whole process so smooth and easy. BIG thank you to Luke for the help with everything! Highly recommendeded agency.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Millie for several years now across multiple properties, and out of all the estate agents I’ve dealt with, Millie truly stands head and shoulders above the rest. Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach make the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Millie consistently goes above and beyond, always putting herself out and doing those extra things that really make a difference—especially in such a competitive industry. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and she is always approachable, responsive, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome.

I have complete confidence in Millie and cannot recommend her highly enough as a valued member of the Galton Jones team.

Fantastic to deal with!

Monika and the property management department were absolutely superb throughout! Would highly recommend.

We have had many dealings with estate agents but Paul Reville Auchie at Garton Jones is the most knowledgeable and authentic person we have ever had the good fortune to meet. He took time to listen to our queries before explaining everything clearly. He also followed up with an email with additional information he thought would be useful. 5 star service thank you.

I interviewed for property management role and while rejection could upset some people, I didn’t even get that far. I was through a recruiter and after a really positive interview with Jess I was told the second interview was cancelled. While I get decision were made I felt a strong candidate so I contacted Maria (head of property management) a few days later and was told she couldn’t take my call but would call me back. This looked a perfect opportunity for me, a genuine vibe from the outset with really positive first interview which led to an invite for second round. I’ve interviewed only for companies I genuinely felt were a good next career move, but here regardless of what happened with the recruiter I feel I personally would have managed this better.

I had the pleasure of working with Alexandra during my recent property search, and I cannot commend her highly enough. She proved to be exceptionally reliable, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Alexandra demonstrated a clear understanding of the rental market and took the time to understand my requirements, offering thoughtful guidance and well-suited options. Her communication was prompt and transparent, and her supportive and proactive approach greatly eased what is often a stressful process. I am sincerely grateful for her assistance and would not hesitate to recommend her services to others.

Jacqueline is quick and efficient. Thank you Jacqueline.
