What a fantastic team, right from the first telephone call, we were put at ease,the information was so professional, we had so many questions for Homewise, each question was answered and explained in a positve way, the stress was taken away, this is a major decision for us, the team filled us with such confidence we cannot thank them enough,such a caring team, our advisior was Becci Pearce , she was fabulous, so kind and polite, a absolute superstar, Becci is a credit to Homewise, Our new Accounts Manager Rhonda is absolutely Brilliant, I cannot praise them enough.

All staff very friendly and approachable. They know their stuff and nothing is too much trouble. If they say they are going to call you they do so on time. Cannot fault anyone in anyway.

One thing I would recommend make sure you have picked your for ever home .
Unless you’re wise enough to have a good percentage invested in the property .
So you can move with out a massive loss
of your money. I did not realise you had to pay not just your own legal fees which l would expect anyway, but you have pay all the investors legal fees as well. 🤷

Rhonda was very clear and helpful ,took notice and answered our questions .Very pleasant and reassuring
and made us feel confident that she would be looking after our interests as we proceed .

I have given 5 stars to- day because the experience we received from this company was first class in fact excellent, The customer service was excelent everything was explained right down to the last detail and nothing was too much trouble for them

All the staff at Homewise, have been well trained and seem to know their job well. The experience with this company was friendly but professional, and although we decided not to use this company their professionalism remained till the end.

Superb service. Very fair offer made within minutes. Knowledgeable and helpful staff gave impartial advice. Highly recommended company.

Great people to talk to, very friendly, very informative, very helpful securing a retirement home. But don't take my words only, just give them a call and see for yourselves. Over 60's applicants only.

Both people I have deal with so far (Keira and George) have been extremely helpful and informative, quickly answering my questions and attentive to my needs. Early days in the home finding process but I don't feel pressured in pursuing what will be my final home. Being aged and escaping marital issues, I now feel I have a shot at happiness thanks to Homewise (just wish I'd heard of them a lot, lot sooner).

So far so good. We are at the start of our Homewise journey and have been very impressed. Both Becci and Rhonda have been brilliant. They are empathetic, understanding, very well informed. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction. The service they are offering sounds amazing and we are looking forward to finding our forever home with their expert help.

From start to finish I had an amazing experience with Homewise, Simi guides me through the process from start to end, regularly amd catching up with throughout the process, it was like speaking to a supportive friend and I valued her guidance throughout. Karlie then dealt with the sales progression very professionally and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Simi still had catch up calls with me so I felt incredibly comfortable during what can be a stressful time.

I can’t recommend this brilliant company highly enough, big shout out to Sam in particular for all of his help and understanding and a great big thank you for the excellent service from all of Homewise. This company genuinely cares about your situation and goes the extra mile for it’s clients.

From the first time I spoke to Sean it has been brilliant to helping find a property and setting up our plan. Sam and Rhonda have been so nice, everyone so helpful and nothing too much trouble . We now have sold our house and the process has got underway with a property through Home for life .. They have all made it such and easy process. We cant thank them enough. Highly recommended

Everyone I spoke to was polite, clear, knowledgeable and helpful. Although I decided in the end it wasn't for me, I can't fault Homewise for their customer service, especially George Brodie. George was brilliant and very understanding of my circumstances. Everyone was easy to talk to and there were no surprises!

If I could give zero I would.
Selling my home was a nightmare because the buyer used HomeWise to help with funding. Their relaxed attitude is a problem and they are not transparent in communication. They were so slow they lost my purchaser two first-time buyers HomeWise then suggested a we buy any home company. This group wanted the buyer to drop their price by £25,000 pounds. They also asked me to cut my price by £19,000 pounds to make the figures work. I refused and the deal collapsed. I wasted nine months. I will not accept any buyer using HomeWise when I relist my house. They are hopeless you have been warned. To Homewise try talking to your employee Hannah she dealt with the purchase your end. My estate agent was Miller Countrywide.

Im sorry multiple buyers and sellers what are you talking about. There was my buyer who was using yourselves to help fund and you lost them two first time buyers due to your slow processes. I had a vacant property to move into everyone was waiting on you lot. Multiple buyers really. You couldn't get a smaller chain. Face the truth you are slow and hopeless. Your customer hasn't chosen another property they have come off the market as the experience was so traumatic for them. Your just making up stuff. And I spoke with other estate agents in my area and they all said anything to do with Homewise will end badly. And it did. At least my solicitors have some LFE and will advise their clients of this experience if they are unfortunate to be involved with you comedians.

Very helpful conversation, Clearly explained our options and gave us time to voice our concerns/queries.

We wanted to move closer to our son and daughter-in-law, we have lived in the same house for 41 years and at 74 and 82 this was a huge decision to make. Houses are more expensive in the area they live and with our savings depleted we wanted to see how we could achieve this and raise some equity.
Having researched Homewise and the benefits of a lifetime mortgage we discussed with our son and agreed this could be an option to explore.
Firstly we visited Homewise offices in Worthing and met with Sam Stevens the Customer Account Manager. From the outset he made us feel at ease and clearly explained explained how Homewise could help us achieve our house move. From thereon Sam has been so supportive and been available at the end of the phone when needed. Despite asking so many questions and wanting reassurance on different aspects he made the process seamless.
With our current house sold and the offer on the new house accepted. We are now progressing to the next stage with confidence that Sam and his team will be there supporting us until we move in.
