We were established in 2017 by two long term school friends, with the aim of providing discounted appliances with huge savings from major brands. The ethos of the company has been to offer discounted prices coupled with a excellent quality of service, these founding principles will NEVER be compromised. Our friendly Sales team, and more importantly our dedicated and helpful After Sales Care team both with many years experience in the industry are available 7 days a week. Bought an oven with a blemish, once it arrived turned out to have some dents that made it difficult to level got a partial refund and an engineer straightened the thing for me. Happy with the service, well packed. The support was ready to sort out unexpected issues.

Excellent 5* Service from the first phone call with a query which was quickly and professionally addressed to the very prompt delivery of my oven.
Just awaiting the electrician to fit it now.

Customer care excellent
Easy to find and order the exact item we needed. Box was damaged and reflected in the price we paid. Perfect hob inside the excellent packaging to protect it during delivery. I would definitely use Homewise Appliances again. Customer service excellent. We were informed about delivery date and were kept up to speed on delivery window.
