Gala Tent Anmeldelser

Gala supplied the items on time and used an efficient delivery service. All worked perfectly and was straightforward to assemble. Thank you

Had an email query with reference to my purchase dating back several years, Cheech was all over it, no waiting about for responses from these guys, really on the ball, all done and dusted within minutes, not the days which are becoming familiar with some suppliers, well done, thankyou

Gala Tent are first class, always a great experience every time you purchase!

Great service and swift delivery

plain good service and delivery no hassle at all

Needed some spares for my gala tent.
Called customer services and spoke to Leah. She was really helpful and guided me to the parts I needed can’t fault her customer service in any way parts came next day which was amazing. Would highly recommend gala tents not just for their quality product but their customer service is outstanding

Great experience easy to order, quick response and came with bags for ease to carry

Easy to order& quick delivery.

Brilliant company.
Bought my gazebo frame and covers/sides etc. Came next day!

Always a great company to buy from! I’ve been ordering for over 2 years and they’ve always got time for customers when you need to speak to them but ordering online is also really easy. I’ve recently had an issue with a product and they’ve sent out a new one for me straight away! Will continue to order from here as long as my business is still running

I cannot express the level of fantastic service I received from the staff Darren was particularly helpful in a video call when I was struggling and every other member of staff was willing to accommodate all my questions and come up with solutions by far the best service I have had in a very long time thanks guys x

I purchased a 4M x 6M PE marquee 5 years ago which we used without any issues at all on more than 10 occasions over the years. I've now passed this marquee onto my son and purchased a PVC version.

Have used this marquee over Xmas in our back garden for family get together's. Has to be said, its AWESOME. This is a quality product.

prompt phone and on-line service, delivery and knowledgeable sales assistance. A good product.

Excellent service and very reasonable price for replacement roof and sides to my gazebo. I only had to take a picture of the frame leg and they knew what I needed. Arrvived well packaged and fast.

Need spares urgently after storm damage, all parts supplied next day, no fuss, great service.

Marquee ordered and delivered on schedule. Service has been outstanding from both the sales teams and service teams.

Brilliant company to work with! Nothing was too much trouble. Particularly for Julie R who sent us complimentary parts through a year or so after purchase.

Thanks again!

Although disappointed that two of the plastic truss caps on the Gala Compact Pro 40 cracked during the course of six months of fairly light use since purchase (and a two others were discovered to be cracked on original delivery), on both occasions replacement parts were quickly and efficiently provided FOC when the GALA team was contacted. These arrived by post the following day.

Great service once again..staff always friendly and helpful.
