Faulty materials replacements
Although disappointed that two of the plastic truss caps on the Gala Compact Pro 40 cracked during the course of six months of fairly light use since purchase (and a two others were discovered to be cracked on original delivery), on both occasions replacement parts were quickly and efficiently provided FOC when the GALA team was contacted. These arrived by post the following day.

Customer service is friendly and helpful, gives good advice too. Quick delivery and products are good value for money. We use our marquees nearly all year round and they can deal with the weather. We have the marquee lights too and they are bright enough to light up the inside. Highly recommend this company.

Destroyed in under a month with zero set up help also
We had our tent for less than a month before the wind destroyed it. It was so bent in on itself that we needed to cut it apart as bolts all twisted. Unfortunately we never received any instructions, the cartoon YouTube video wasn’t very clear and there was no aftercare such as taking walls off in high winds or any other advice. Before it was destroyed, there was large pools of water on multiple spots on the roof. Terrible experience for us and a £5300 mistake

Besvarelse fra Gala Tent
Dear Jack,
Thank you for getting in touch and sharing your experience with us. We're genuinely sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with your marquee and the unexpected damage it sustained. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be, especially after such a short time of use.
We always strive to provide comprehensive support, and while we offered setup guidance through videos and phone assistance, we sincerely apologise if this fell short of your expectations. We also regret that the FaceTime call scheduled for the Monday after the storm could not happen in time, as the storm arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately, it seems that Storm Ashley, with wind speeds reaching up to 81 mph in your area, likely caused the damage. We know that even the best-secured marquees can struggle under such severe weather conditions, which highlights the importance of careful site assessment and proper anchorage.
We completely understand that not every customer will be familiar with the specific requirements of maintaining a marquee during extreme weather. While we are unable to cover weather-related incidents under warranty, we would still like to offer our assistance. We’d be more than happy to provide support with any replacement parts you may need to get your marquee back in working order.
Thank you once again for sharing your feedback. If there’s anything further we can assist with, or if you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Our team is here to help and to ensure you feel fully supported moving forward.

Really helpful company.
Really helpful company who could supply a spare marquee part years after it was bought. The item arrived within two days and was a really good price compared with similar items on the internet. Remarkable. Fantastic customer service.

Cover as expected
Cover as expected. Bought original many years ago and it’s still great. The only reason I’m buying a new cover is because I stored the original badly and it got chewed beyond repair. A great product.
