Gala Tent Anmeldelser

Easy ordering, super fast delivery, excellent design and it's really well made. What more could you want 👍😎

We are very pleased with our order and Gala Tents quick and reliable service.

Amazing quality, I rang for a new canopy as mine is still good but looking a little tired, needed a refresh. On ringing they found my original order and dispatched a replacement for me overnight and was delighted to receive the new one the next day. My original frame is in perfect condition and looks like new, despite being used regularly for what I thought was about eight years. My biggest surprise was that I have had this gazebo for 15 years. Absolutely fantastic quality and has definitely lasted the rest of time, given the condition it’s in I wouldn’t be surprised if it lasted another 15 years. Worth every penny, and actually compared to other manufacturers, Gala are reasonably priced but the quality is outstanding. I would definitely recommend.

We visited the showroom in Rotherham as we needed advice before making a purchase. The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. We left with our new canopy, side walls and storage bag and after using them a few times, we can honestly say the quality is superb

Reliable, always in time, aware, friendly, helpful, reasonable prices for best quality

I purchased the Pro 50, if you work in the market trade it is worth every penny. Just be sure to add the groundbars and a canopy bag.

The team were really helpful and the pop up gazebo we bought is excellent.

We have been using Gala Tent for over 12 years at our animal rescue centre. They are a fabulous company to deal with and have never let us down. A special mention for Darren who is so efficient, courteous and great to deal with! Don't go anywhere else!!!

Fantastic service. I was in a pickle and the speed at which they turned around and order including printing for me was exceptional

The pop up gazebo I ordered arrived on the day requested with the driver being very helpful. The gazebo is great quality and works really well.

I was ordering a spare part for a tent that I bought at least 15 years ago. I got straight through to someone in England (not a call centre miles away) who knew exactly what part I was talking about. He even had my address on file.
The part was dispatched and arrived on time 2 days later. EXCELLENT SERVICE and very good products.
Well done GALA tents I certainly recommend them as a good company to deal with

Prompt and friendly service, delivered when stated.

I recently purchased a marquee from this company and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
From the very first inquiry, the team was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful.
They took the time to guide me through the different options and made sure I chose the right marquee for my needs—no pressure, just honest advice.
The quality of the marquee itself is excellent. It’s sturdy, well-made, and clearly built to last.
You can tell straight away that it’s a premium product. Delivery was prompt and everything arrived exactly as expected, with clear instructions that made setup straightforward.
What really stood out was the level of customer service. They were responsive, professional, and went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a high-quality marquee.
A fantastic product backed by an equally fantastic team!

The product is 1st class and of very good quality.
The customer service was attentive, reassuring and professional.
We hope to use Gala Tent again
Thank you

I'm QM for a large Guide and Brownie unit and our first Gala Tents marquee was purchased about 25y ago! It eventually wore out and another purchase was needed. Went to the website but couldn't find what I wanted so started a remote chat and was connected to Darren Perry, the Sales Manager. Darren was very helpful and he gave me a few options that suited our needs. Opted for the 3m x 8m PE with groundbars. Darren gave me a good deal and sent me a link to pay which I did and marquee will be delivered next working day. If only all companies did customer service this way! Someone will say "how can review, you've not had the product yet!" The last one lasted 25 years!! It'll be fine.

Excellent product

Outstanding customer service. I brought various items from Gala Tents 6-10 years ago and one of my Gazebo top got cut in various places. I phoned late one afternoon and they immediately identified my account and what I had ordered. Replacement was with me the day after next. Thank you

Fast friendly and helpful service would recommend you to everyone
