Cancelled my plan and they are still charging me. I have disputed these several times and despite it being over a year later, we have no resolution and they are not refunding me my money.

Billing always seems to be an issue
Billing always seems to be an issue. I have used the same credit card for years and they keep asking me to update my card. Every month it causes me to not get my medication and at times feels like I have to start all over. Its very very very frustrating because the medication and subscription every month is not cheap and I am a paying customer obviously, but it makes it hard when they cant figure it out every month.
