Cancelled my plan and they are still charging me. I have disputed these several times and despite it being over a year later, we have no resolution and they are not refunding me my money.

I can guarantee that any positive reviews are not real. This Company is a fraudulent scam. Somehow they got my wife’s credit card number and have been making unauthorized monthly charges to my wife’s card. I asked for what shipping address they had and the dude said they do not ship medications that it is just a digital
App and meal plan to which I replied we never downloaded said digital app for weight loss to which I replied why would anyone need an app to tell them what not to eat and either way where are you sending these meals to he then says they do not send meals it’s just a digital app. He kept giving me the run around. The credit card company is now investigating for fraud.

I tried this app 2020, canceled my subscription and still now in 2026 they are charging my card and no way to get them to stop or get my money back!
Do not use it!

I have been charged multiple times and the medication is never sent. They demand provider visits when their site doesn’t work. The providers ask the same questions as the website and act like the patient is not knowledgeable. When in fact I am a medical professional and staff are clueless on reorders because they are in a call center. Buyer beware!!!

I was a customer for 2 years and during that time I had to call them multiple times because they automatically charge you and you don't receive medication. Their Dr Told me to go
off because I wasn't seeing results and wasn't satisfied. As per G-plans website they have a guarantee you will receive your subscription cost back. Nope. I was told they don't give it back by Marie another told me I had to pay and another said there is a fee. Three different answers. This company is a scam. They are happy to keep taking and what they say on their website is a lie. Pick a better company. One with morals

I ordered medication and it didn't work for me so I contacted this company and requested to cancel all further orders. However they continue to charge my insurance.
I received only one package with medication by FedEx and after that they never shipped anything, no tracking number was emailed but they kept charging me. They continue to charge my insurance without providing any service or medication.
What a SCAM!

Provider was very educated, professional and good bedside manner. I received good care.

Quick and easy

I was a customer of this company for six months and had a very disappointing experience.
During that time, I was prescribed two different GLP-1 medications and followed the program as directed. Despite this, I lost zero pounds, while spending thousands of dollars.
In addition to the lack of results, there were several serious operational issues:
- My lab work was lost
- My questions and concerns were largely ignored
- I experienced multiple billing problems, including:
- Being double-charged for medication
- Being charged again after I canceled
- Subscription fees were taken upfront, with little follow-up or accountability when issues arose
The dosing plan I was placed on was later reviewed by a local physician, who could not even interpret the regimen.
After this experience, I tried a local medical spa as a last attempt. The difference was dramatic — with proper medical oversight, I am down 10 pounds in 4 weeks.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering this company.

I keep getting charged yet no meds and each vial gets smaller and smaller. I’ve plateaud and on my intake form
