I cannot thank Future Engineering Recruitment enough for helping me land a role at a multinational company. This has been a long journey that required a massive amount of patience, but it proved that if you stay focused, hard work always pays off.

I first worked with Georgia, who was excellent; although I was unlucky with the first role we pursued, the support never wavered. I then worked with Eran, who was truly exceptional—extremely efficient, genuinely caring, and incredibly professional. He was "pushy" in the best way, determined to ensure I got the best start possible.

What I appreciated most was their honesty and transparency. They don’t waste your time; they were direct about what could be improved on my CV and helped me become a better candidate. It is so important for young graduates who aren't familiar with the job market to have professionals like Georgia and Eran in their corner.

It is a long process, and you have to be realistic: do not expect a job to land from nothing. While Georgia and Eran were working hard for me, I remained flexible and continued searching for roles myself. It was a team effort. Even as I was hunting independently, they continued to push for graduate roles on my behalf, providing the expert support I needed.
