Lovely service in the shop I visited in Cambridge. Items arrived quickly and are of good quality.

Great company lots of nice items, purchased the three draw shoe storage cabinet easy to assemble nice and solid.

I bought the Suratto chest of drawers which cost just under £300. I constantly have to empty the drawers out to re-jig it as the construction is so poor that the chest bulges in the middle and the drawers get stuck, even if I don't fill them all the way or put any weight on top of the drawers. I know I assembled it well as my carpenter friend helped me! But the design is terrible and I'm so disappointed. I'm so annoyed as I usually don't buy new and feel like i could have gotten a good second hand chest of drawers for closer to £50...

Great shopping experience, to be able to shop in store is a massive bonus as you can get a real feel for the products.
Clear assembly instructions, great product

Buying and collection worked well. The three leg side table was value at £25 but needed the legs to be rubbed down and revarnished. At full price the side table would have been returned.

Straight forward ordering experience and nice quality item

Had to wait longer than the actual delivery date agreed. So wasn’t pleased. Offered free delivery because of this. And it was a difficult to assemble as it’s a very heavy item. It’s a 2 person job at least. Considering the price I would expect it to be already assembled.,Wish this was explained when we purchased. Quality very good. Delivery good when it eventually arrived. …. . Don’t think we would get another. Glad we didn’t get a double size!

What fine experience to deal with the Futon complex from start to finish: it was easy… to find what I needed on the easy-to-navigate website…to place the order…to keep track of the delivery. The products are excellent quality and easy to assemble. Would I order again? Absolutely definitely yes. What a great experience this was.

Excellent packaging keeping bed components safe. All the screws and plugs were accounted for .Visual instructions easily follow able. Less than an afternoon to construct.
Delivery people were pleasant, quick and amenable. A brilliant purchase all round !!

Well made products - have just purchased two Futon Sofa Beds which are so sturdy and comfortable. 30 years ago I purchased a simple Double Futon and pine frame - a sofa bed - the futon was made specifically with more wool than cotton filling as am in a coastal environment with salty atmosphere - all this time later the sofa bed is still in really good condition - and comfortable to sleep and sit on!!!!

Delivered on time as notified and not damaged

We ordered the Oke - 3 Seater Sofa Bed Solid Oak, and it is excellent quality. The delivery was fast and handled brilliantly by two young men to the room of our choosing. Assembly was a breeze with the provided instructions and this thing is absolutely solid, with an extremely comfortable futon on top, for both sitting and sleeping.

Overall excellent service, fully recommended and I will definitely purchase from here again in future.

The girls at the Plymouth branch are really helpful and friendly. The table, bookshelves and futon we have purchased over the past two years are very good quality and very reasonably priced. Very impressed overall.

Quick lead time and great product but two feedback points:
- unclear where the legs were inside the bed
- our understanding of the delivery was that they would assemble the sofa bed too. They said this wasn’t part of their offering at the point of delivery so I’m not sure where the misunderstanding was online but worth clearing up for future customers
