Excellent customer service highly recommend, placed an order for the organic castor oil along with the eye cream I changed my mind on the eye cream before my order was dispatched, I sent a quick email with my reference number requesting to remove the eye cream quick response was done right away and a full refund was issued, I also love the products from here genuine organic oils that I just love

High quality products, I’ve bought flaxseed oil and black seed oil and very pleased with both.

Fushi claims to be pure and natural but they wrapped their supplements in hydroxypropyl methylcellose (HPMC) this is a semi synthetic polymer derive on wood pool that turns into thick sticky plastic light gel in the gut after using several bottles of suffered persistent respiratory wheezing intense a abdominal bloating. My body is correctly rejecting the synthetic delivery method. It is a total contradiction to sell organic herbs inside an industrial grade synthetic shell that causes physical distress. I’ve stopped all sushi capsules immediately if you have sensitive system avoid these HPMC shells they are an unnecessary irritant.

I absolutely adore Fushi! Big fan of all the things I have bought and have on subscription. Love that they are all natural and they work.
Menopause is finally calm after taking Fushi Menoharmony. Cherry lip oil served me well while in hospital, no dry lips! Castor oil is amazing. The Kansa wand is amazing , I get a lot of tension in my neck that causes horrible headaches. this has helped me so much I use a little black seed oil an it just slides all over my neck iv gotten rid of 3 headaches so far in under ten mins

Great products, lovely organic aloe vera juice. The best I have ever found! :)The three star review is because the whole experience is let down by using Royal Mail to deliver. So many companies are going over to couriers because they are so much more efficient. They provide live delivery feeds and status updates. Seriously, Royal Mail do not deserve our support. They are inefficient and unreliable.

I love their vegan ghee, it is absolutely delicious — rich, flavourful, and a fantastic cruelty-free alternative that I’ve genuinely loved using.
I also want to highlight the outstanding customer service: the team was kind, responsive, and handled my concern quickly and professionally.

My family and I have depended on Fushi for several years for products that we cannot find anywhere else.

I BOUGHT A FEW TUBS OF FUSHI VITAMINS AND THEY ARE VERY , VERY GOOD QUALITY AND REASONABLY PRICED BUT AFTER BEING REPEATEDLY BOMBARDED WITH EMAILS FROM THEM ASKING FOR REVIEWS (WHICH I HAD GIVEN THEM) I UNSUBSCRIBED ONLY TO STILL BE BOMBARDED.
I THEN WROTE A POLITE NOTE ASKING THEM TO CEASE SENDING JUNK MAIL, WHICH WAS IGNORED SO I BLOCKED THEM.
THE JUNK MAIL IS STILL ARIVING IN MY JUNK BOX SO THIS IS JUST TO WARN EVERYONE ON FB WHAT MAY HAPPEN IF YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NEVER BE RID OF THEM. I AM NOW LOOKING FOR A GOOD BRITISH COMPANY TO REPLACE THEM .
I WILL NO LONGER BE PRESURED BY ANY COMPANY I BUY FROM, I NEVER HAD THIS WHEN I BOUGHT FROM LOCAL STORES AND I WILL NOT TOLERATE IT NOW.

I had a question before ordering a certain product. I received a timely reply and an explanation about the product. I haven't ordered yet, but have a good feel about the company and I like the look of the products that I've had a look at so far.
