I've been taking Shatavari on and off and realise that the off times are when I don't feel my best as a woman. Customer service is spot on for a family run business.

Fushi as a company, & a team are excellent! I can’t praise them enough. They really go above and beyond with their customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years, & long may it continue. The products speak for themselves; Pure, Fresh, Organic, containing no synthetic or superfluous ingredients. Everything is dated from harvesting, to packaging, to use by. I admire their transparency, & ethics. The team are genuinely interested, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It all adds to the pleasure of buying and using Fushi products.

I ordered on December 29th, I have not received my order any updates on my order. Does it normally take this long? #UPDATE their customer response is very swift, they explained its a Christmas backlog and hopefully my order will arrive soon.

Great products at great prices, fast efficient service.

I placed an order with Fushi a few days ago. I then received an email explaining that my order would be filled after the Xmas period. Unfortunately I am not based in the UK and will be flying abroad before my order would be delivered. I contacted Fushi and they swiftly agreed to cancel my order due and to refund my money. Great service. I will be sure to make my order well before Xmas next year as their oils are exceptional quality and they are the only brand I will use.

Although the initial order, a glass bottle of aloe vera juice, arrived broken due to poor packaging by Amazon, the experience with Fushi's customer service was amazing. I contacted them and spoke with Greeshma, who resolved everything very quickly. She not only sent a replacement immediately but also went the extra mile by including a gift. Fabulous products and good quality ingredient's. I have ordered several times from there range and particularly like the oils and cherry lip oil is my latest purchase. I have recently brought the skincare set so will see how that goes. Dealings with customer services has been easy and helpful. Would highly recommend
