The saleswoman was Neelam, the service she provided was second to none. We came in to just look, but she provided all the info that we needed to help us make a purchase, her manner was very personable and friendly.

The chat was a helpful way to get a hold of someone to speak to as the phone lines are crazy busy.
Ed was very helpful and even waited on line while I uploaded some photos.

The moment we entered the store we were greeted with a smiling face & just a request to let us know if you need any assistance just ask . Victoria was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & gave great advice & helpful suggestions concerning sizes, fabric offers, protection products . We will definitely return to her for further purchases very soon

Ordered 23 January 2026.
Originally told delivery would be in 7 weeks (13 March).
Then 8 weeks (20 March), now up to 2 April (10 weeks). No explanation for delay.
Not told about added delivery charge until we had agreed purchase. FULL PAYMENT taken on 23 January.
No updating emails or other communication. Website only for those who have access. Unacceptably poor service.

Last Friday my husband and I decided that we must replace our two saggy settees for ones with good lumbar support.We made our way to your store because we bought a new mattress few years ago and we had excellent help in getting one perfect for us.The sales lady was Victoria so we were delighted that she

She goes above and beyond and found the perfect settees for us .She demonstrated, explained everything we needed to know, care , fabric choice, delivery etc. We even had a drink and biscuits
My husband has back problems and Victoria ensured that we purchased G Plan furniture that looks amazing , does the job will transform our sitting room and not a hint of a nursing home.The service we received was excellent not just from Victoria but all of the staff especially Matt.

Went to look at a u-shaped settee we saw online, which wasn't right size for lounge, but the sales lady Victoria helped us find one the perfect size for room. It was such a stress-free and pleasant experience as went in thinking we wouldn't be able to fine one to fit. Couldn't be happier and can't wait for our new settee to be delivered. Victoria was friendly and welcoming in a professional manner, it was like sitting down with a good friend. So pleased we chose the furniture village in Southampton due to the excellent service and information provided regarding settee ie colours, fabrics etc. Would highly recommend.

We have recently purchased a GPlan Suite from Furniture Village, Southampton. Our sales lady was the amazing Victoria. She went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and we are delighted with our purchase.

We have had a fault with our sofa since it was delivered. We have tried contacting someone to ask for help. None of the phone numbers work!! In desperation we went back to the shop in Southampton where we bought it but they were not interested in helping us. We are very angry and disappointed!!

Our sales person was brilliant did not rush or hassle us let us have time to choose but was there when we need to ask a question. We were offered a coffee and were made to feel totally at ease . A great buying experience.

Excellent experience all round. Great service from David Bally during the purchase. Very pleased. Furniture village is our primary place to look at furniture as the quality is always excellent and customer service brilliant.

Delivery today by Shane and Joe was again, brilliant. Friendly, cheerful and efficient. Top scores all around.

The delivery company which apparently was not furniture village failed to turn up.

The light that that was delivered to us was faulty as we were unable to adjust the cable up and down.
