Excellent polite friendly

Cheltenham shop staff very helpful and courteous. The delivery staff, Pete & Geoff, were very punctual and efficient.

Our sofa was delivered in the timeframe given the day before, and a call when 30 minutes away.
It was delivered into our home with great care and attention. Set up did not take long, was very smooth and there was no mess at all.
Very happy with our new sofa.

The 2 men that delivered our table and chairs were friendly, courteous and tidy. Their names were Shaun and Joe and they were quick in making up the furniture with no fault.

The delivery guys were very good efficient respectful and polite unlike the after care team who were inflexible rude with no customer understanding or any goodwill , regarding the acceptance of the the furniture stores errors in delivering the wrong product

Caring considerate delivery and installation. Great asset to the company.
Many thanks.

We had 2 lovely guys who delivered our sofa called Bogden and Peter. They were respectful, knowledgable and polite, taking all the rubbish with them after putting our sofa together. They were a delight to have visit us and a great ambassador for your company.

Great communication; we were kept up to date with our delivery starting the day before. On the delivery day again communication was great and we received a phone call prior to arrival. Jay walked the route into our house and clarified where we wanted the sofas putting. Nothing was too much trouble; we really appreciated the care Joe and Jake took. Real white glove treatment!

App updated accordingly so I knew exactly when they would arrive.
