Excellent very friendly professional delivery, staff were a credit to their profession

The delivery drivers, Shaun and Joe, went out of their way to help me. They were cheerful and friendly and made my day. I'm not very able bodied and I don't go out much so a couple of young men who spared the time to be kind was very much appreciated.

Pete and Fred kept in touch, arrived when they said they would; polite courteous and they put the sofa together quickly! Thoroughly recommend these two delivery guys

Lukasz and Artur that delivered and assembled our furniture were absolutely fantastic. Professional, courteous and conscientious - a real credit to the Furniture Village delivery team. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Pete and Geoff were brilliant. They put the two recliners together and took away all the packaging. I’m now sat on one of them relaxing to some vinyl whilst typing this review! Cannot fault Furniture Village at all, from the easy price match to delivery, everything is A+ from these guys. I’ll certainly come back for more furniture in the future. Cheers, Steve.

They made sure everything was to our satisfaction and explained the procedure of reporting that there was a slight problem with the goods. Nothing too problematic but needs to be noted at customer service for future reference.Thank you Kriss and Matt for a very professional delivery.
