Very good, quality and affordable furnitures. My only challenge was the delivery company, i didn’t have the chance to choose my availability. We were forced to stay at home on the day the company chose as they said they only cover my area that day. I feel that’s unfair.

The table came on time as advised
The table came on time as advised. Building was straightforward but needed 2 people because of the weight. Very pleased with the table and fits in great with my decor. Just as advertised and worth the money.

This tv unit was a faulty item
This tv unit was a faulty item. Or returned that was sent to me. I contacted fif a few times. All they said was it was in original package so is not faulty !!! The holes were s rewed before and chipped . The screws were wrong size. The holes were bigger than screws. Thiey are a cheat and lier. Did not help me at all. I send lots of pictures they wouldn't consider. Never buy anything. Be careful because they are on ebay too. Sellig stuff. With fake Ai pictures

After carefully reviewing your order and our correspondence, we would like to clarify a few points.
We would also like to address the statements made in your review. We do not sell returned or faulty items as new, nor do we use "fake AI pictures" to advertise our products. Any such allegations are incorrect. We are also an established seller on eBay, where we have served many satisfied customers over the years and continue to maintain a strong reputation for both our products and customer service.
We acknowledge that there were initially some missing screws and a locking nut. As advised in our email dated 28 May 2026, these replacement parts had to be specially ordered from our supplier, and we informed you that delivery was expected within approximately 2–3 weeks. We are pleased to confirm that the replacement parts were received from our supplier on 26 June 2026 and will be dispatched on 29 June via DPD. Delivery is expected within the next two working days.
We would also like to clarify that we offered you the option of returning the item for a full refund. This was clearly communicated in our emails dated 26 May 2026 at 10:22:32 and 28 May 2026 at 15:13:14. As we did not receive any communication declining this option, we understood that you preferred to wait for the replacement parts rather than return the item.
While we understand your frustration regarding the delay, we respectfully believe that we provided reasonable solutions throughout the process, including both a full refund upon return of the item and replacement parts at no cost. As the replacement components had to be sourced directly from the manufacturer, the supplier's lead time was unfortunately outside of our direct control.
Our business has been trading since 2007, and we have successfully served thousands of customers. While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, we remain committed to resolving genuine issues fairly and professionally.
We are sorry that you remain dissatisfied and would still be happy to assist further if required. We have kept you informed throughout the process and remain committed to resolving this matter as quickly as possible.

Good Quality Furniture, Poor Delivery Timing
Ordering from Furniture in Fashion was easy and straightforward. The furniture arrived in good condition and the quality met my expectations. Communication throughout the process was excellent, with regular updates keeping me informed and advising when the items would be dispatched.
The only downside was the delivery service. I was given a three-hour delivery window and was notified that there would be a short delay. Unfortunately, the delivery arrived over two hours later than the revised time, which was disappointing and caused inconvenience.
Overall, I am happy with the product quality and customer communication, but the delivery experience could be improved.

In our email dated 28 May 2026, we informed you that we expected to receive the parts from the supplier within approximately 2–3 weeks and that they would be dispatched to you immediately upon receipt. You agreed to this proposed resolution at the time.
We would also like to clarify that we offered you the option of returning the item for a full refund. This was clearly communicated in our emails dated 26 May 2026 at 10:22:32 and 28 May 2026 at 15:13:14. As we did not receive any further communication rejecting this option, we understood that you were satisfied with the agreed resolution and preferred to wait for the replacement parts.
While we understand your frustration regarding the delay, we respectfully believe that we provided clear and reasonable solutions, including both replacement parts and a return-for-refund option. If a customer chooses to wait for replacement components rather than return the item for a refund, the resulting supplier lead time is unfortunately outside of our direct control.
We would also like to clarify that all of our products are supplied in flat-pack form and require self-assembly. Customers may choose to assemble the item themselves or hire a third-party assembly service at their own discretion. In this case, we note that you hired an assembly service and subsequently provided us with an cost for £40. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, which were accepted at the time of purchase, we do not cover third-party assembly costs.
Finally, we would like to reassure readers that we have been trading since 2007 and have successfully served thousands of customers. The vast majority of our customers are satisfied with both our products and our after-sales support, and we always strive to provide fair and reasonable resolutions whenever issues arise.
We are sorry that you remain dissatisfied and would still be happy to assist further if required. We would also like to provide an update regarding the replacement parts. As advised in our email dated 28 June 2026, we are currently awaiting delivery from our supplier, which is expected to arrive within approximately the next week. Once the parts are received, they will be dispatched to you without any further delay. We have kept you informed throughout this process and continue to work towards resolving the matter as quickly as possible.
