Quality product and excellent service
Leather repair kit arrived promptly and with everything needed.
There was one thing missing, which the advisor on the telephone remedied with it arriving two days later - excellent service.

I'm sorry you were unhappy with the advice the advice you received. Unfortunately we don't supply samples of our Custom ranges however, as previously advised, we do offer a bespoke colour matching service so we can supply paint to exactly match your existing trim.

The polish was dull and didn’t even smell good. I sent an email to the company and they refunded me in full. I would take this as a one off.
