Great Value For Money
Bought a great little walk in greenhouse. Arrived quickly, though the box was a bit worse for wear (I suspect that is Evri's fault though!).
Was very easy to assemble, just slotting the poles together and putting the cover over.
Has a QR code to order space covers which is a nice touch as often it's hard to get new covers for cheaper greenhouses.
The greenhouse maintains heat well for how small it is, and has a good amount of height and shelf space.
Overall, very pleased with the value for money.

They made a mistake refunding my order…
They made a mistake refunding my order when they said they would send a replacement. Acknowledged fault but unwilling to correct their mistake, instead they want me to repurchase an out of stock item by waiting for it to go back in stock. Many times they said they will have management to contact me but still haven't.

Easy and efficient ordering
Easy and efficient ordering. Goods arrived very promptly and well packaged via a quick and free delivery service. Small fault on one item but replacement was quickly despatched with no additional cost. Customer service was faultless and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Only part of order received
Only part of order received. Phone not answered. Chat not working. Sent e mail and just receive automated reply. Not great. Haven’t unpacked items received as supposed to be matching furniture and if they are not remaining two items don’t arrive will be returning.

Great furniture
After reading some reviews about flimsy furniture I was a bit sceptical but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the nest of two tables and the slim side console in cream. They are both lovely. Very sturdy and I think good value for money. If I had any complaint, it would be that the items came on different days by different couriers. I assumed they would arrive together. Maybe something christows could look at or at least let people know.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery. Green house has a very good quality cover and has clips so you can roll the door up. Instructions could have been more helpful but we got there without an issue. Very pleased and happy with the service of this company. Will be ordering again!
