Would have given a zero if possible
Would have given a zero if possible. They have the worst customer care service. They think everyone is sitting idle at home that they'll call half an hour before arrival. They can't give you a specific date time. They had sent a water purifier and it was faulty. Now they've to take it back, redeliver and assign a technician which is going to take ages. And no specific date time can be given by them. So I'll take off everyday and wait for these guys. Most unprofessional wouldn't recommend at all.
They will keep harassing you
They will keep harassing you! I took a table and chair from this company thinking about giving a try to this young startup.. this turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life.. first, the quality was not good.. second, the chair table arrived late.. but the horror starts now.. i tried to return the chair table but the company did not pick it for many many months.. i kept calling and requesting them but they never picked.. they kept charging me the money and kept delaying the pick up.. i used to get threat calls from people to pay the money but their pick up person used to never come.. They did a survey twice but never picked the furniture. The pickup guy kept giving me time but never arrived.. total waste of time and money.. my advice is to stay away from such a company

they cancelled my order without any prior notice. and now im left with im not able to contact them .very bad experience. i will never order anything again from this guys. ive been scammed
Customer Care is non existent
Customer Care is non existent. They have no contact number listed anywhere. You cannot contact them when you want. Only they will contact when they want. You see they are GODS and we customers are beggars. You get automated calls which you accept or reject. No timings. You have to take leave. You cannot request early morning or late evening or weekend delivery. You actually cannot request anything. For everything download app. Now the beautiful part. I made subscription renewal over the App, but keep on getting reminders after expiry to make payment. Today got a call from a person that they have not received my payment. When I said, I have already paid, he said share proof. When I said, the App already reflects the payment status and new subscription end date, he refused to acknowledge and again asked to share the details. When for everything they direct you to the App and then there is no link of App and the payments, wow... what can I say. On top of that the guy was also rude which made me really mad. This is a big fraud company.
Customer Support is not reachable
Not able to reach customer support. Had a payment issue and the team took one month to respond and still not able to reaolve the issue. Dropped an email to the founder but all in vain.
Bought a used bed
Bought a used bed, it came with a big paint mark on it. We returned it at the time of delivery, which is in line with their policy. They took it back, but I haven't received the refund since a month. I've called them atleast 10 times, they always say they've cancelled now and should get refund in 3-4 days. I even went to their showroom and pushed the reps to move things forward. The app still shows the order is delivered. Thinking about going to consumer court. Not sure how a big company like this is allowed to scam people. I've heard renting is even worse. Please don't buy/rent anything from here.

I received the refund a day after this review. Don’t think it was a coincidence. The items are actually good but customer service is worst.

It is a scam clearly. I mad a pre paid payment and then didn’t get anything at all. They are two thugs. So I would advise others not to waste their time and money with them .
Furlenco is good at eating up their customer's money
I rented furniture worth INR 50,000, and trust me, despite the fact that the Furlenco support team, who are at least for customer service, chose to put blinds on and not listen to my plea. They have given me a torn sofa. Upon query, they are stubborn by saying, "It's a minor tear; henceforth, we won't be refunding your money, giving you a concession, or replacing the item." Basically, as a customer, you're now helpless, vulnerable and guilty of trusting Furlenco.
I would like to mention some of the names of the customer representatives who were incompetent and reckless enough to provide me with a viable solution. My ticket number is 698914248527
Bipul Paul, Amreen Fathima, and Santosh they came up with a lame excuse that it was a minor tear, and I have to bear with it. I am raising this to Indian public grievance portal. Companies as such Furlenco get away with it and I will try my best to atleast spread the word and make people aware of their misdeeds.
Furlenco is a criminal organization
Now, weeks after I FINALLY got Furlenco to come collect their furniture, they are peppering me with messages that they will be charging me rental extension fees on the furniture they sent their own people to collect! Furlenco is a criminal, scam organization. Do not hire for any reason!

I have taken a Furlenco UNLMTD subscription towards the end of September, 2023. After two uninformed delivery that they attempted and I cancelled, and lots of attempts to reach customer care and getting no help at all, the furniture arrived.
Two days after which, we swapped out a bunch of items as the subscription allows us to. During the time of delivery for the swapped furniture, their delivery executives asked us for 1500 rupees to carry it into the house. We refused to pay so they took away the furniture. A second delivery was attempted. All our furniture was delivered after innumerable and useless calls to the customer care.
Two weeks into living with Furlenco's furniture, we start noticing bugs in the night. Eventually we realized the bed cots have bed bugs in them. Now my entire house in infested with bed bugs that feed on blood and multiply at a high rate. Replacing the cots are of no help as they've spread everywhere and their customer care is still of no help at all. They need to come and sanitize my house and make sure the bugs are dead. It has been a nightmare of an experience with furlenco and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone.

My son received a faulty wardrobe from the company which he had rented under the unlimited scheme. It’s been 40 days and they have not replaced it. Now they are saying it’s out of stock and another model cannot be given because of a technical delay on our part . We must have made like a 100 calls to customer care but to no avail. The full payment has been made in advance so they are not bothered. What can one do. Such an unprofessional attitude.
Very bad company and people
Very bad company and people. And their products are a joke. They show a very high-quality product on the website - once you order, then the list of problems start - first they don't deliver on time, when you call them then they realize that there is an order to be delivered, and then they'll call you back saying there is no stock, and then they'll sell you some other bed. What choice do you have! You take it. So you place another order and then the above repeats in a while loop. Just don't do the mistake of going with them.

Disastrous experience. I rented a washing machine. It didn't work. I complained. It took 10 days with a promise to replace the machine. But today when delivery was scheduled I received a message with the agent name and no. Called him he said there is no such delivery. Called customer care twice no resolution. All I want is for them to take this machine back and refund my money. But they say no we will take the machine but no refund. This is a fraud and thief company. Do not rent from them ever

I was initially worried to rent from them after reading lot of bad reviews . I went ahead anyway and I am very very impressed with their prompt and very professional service. Very smoothly done and even though their app is a work in progress, they very politely and patiently guide you solve any issues. I’ve had unlmtd subscription for over a year and recently renewed is for another. The furniture is super classy and of great quality. Don’t think twice , go for it!

Worst experience ever !!! We raised pick up request 2 months back and no response from their end. Tried calling customer card 100 times and only response is we are scheduling it soon. Please don’t trust them. Fraudulent company.

Horrible horrible experience. The delivery was late, faulty and there is still no solution from the company for more than a month when payment has been made in advance. It is so frustrating to keep calling them. Spare yourself the pain of doing business with them. I wish it was possible to give a negative review, they do not even deserve a single star.
Better to set your money on fire then using Furlenco
It’s a cheater company with pathetic service, their only focus is taking your money and once you have given the money to them the will simply start ignoring you. They won’t deliver on time, Any kind of service request will take at least 1-2 months to get resolved that too if you are fortunat enough to be in the 1% whose problem they choose to service else you can simply say goodbye to your money.
