URGENT WARNING: Wakefit's Warranty is a Scam – Poor Quality Materials!

"DO NOT BUY from Wakefit. I am writing this to warn every potential customer to stay away from this brand. I purchased a bed on December 29th, and in less than 4 months, the plywood has bent and warped. The bed is now physically unusable as the mattress is unevenly supported, bulging at the middle.

The most disgusting part is Wakefit’s response. They are hiding behind a 'natural wear and tear' clause to deny a warranty claim on a product that hasn't even lasted one season. There is no world where structural wood bending in 4 months is 'natural.' This is clearly a case of using inferior, low-grade materials and then using fine-print loopholes to cheat customers.

I trusted their marketing and 'warranty' promises, but they do not stand behind their products once they have your money. Avoid this brand at all costs unless you want to throw your hard-earned money into the trash after a few months. Their customer support is dismissive and their products are built to fail. You have been warned!"

Never buy mattress from these cheaters. The entire co is a big time cheat. They claim they are the cheapest in mattresses and so are they so dirt cheap in customer service and making, that if you purchase a mattress, dont trust them as they send a lower size mattress to suit their pocket and they know you will not measure the mattress on delivery.

I got a mattress form these cheaters which had a 5" breadth whereas I had ordered 6" and these cheaters claim that when the mattress opens, it becomes 6" however other Branded cos like sleepwell, kurlon, duroflex confirmed that size is to be measured end to end and not after blowing up. So if your purchase 6" breadth it should blow up and come 6.25 or more.....

We dont measure our mattresses and this is a lesson for all of us that dont trust these cheapsters who mislead us by their cheap ads..... Wakefit is a hardcore cheater, fraud, BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with Wakefit has been very disappointing. They never deliver products on time and continuously keep changing the delivery dates. When you try to contact customer support to raise a complaint, they do not even register it and simply assure you that the product will be delivered on time — only to change the delivery date again later.

Writing this review after using for around 3 years.
Customer service and assistance is pathetic. Recliner is still under warranty and the customer service has been delaying the technician visit for months now. No proper updates or any resolution for the raised ticket. Customer service just keeps on raising the same ticket again and again.

Product was good and comfortable no doubt in it but getting no assistance after 3 years of purchase make it waste of money and time & effort chasing customer care which will never update you and provide resolution.

Pathetic service. Defective items. No support.

Literally the worst Seller online.
Their support is just to console you they do not resolve anything just will say, we are sorry, we will try, wait for next few days..
I don't even call it service they gave. They do it like favor of delivering your product. Only mistake I made is paying directly upfront, I would rather order another product from their site (COD) and never pickup so they can have taste of the service they give.

And would do it multiple times...

Pathetic customer service. Took me two months, 15 calls, and countless messages to get a refund for a defective product under warranty - 3 month old product

Very disappointed with Wakefit service.

Ordered 12 curtains + 1 mattress (Order ID: [ORDER202604DCC904 & ORDER202604UGJFSV]). Curtains came after 1 week delay, mattress still not delivered after 12+ days.

Now they are refusing refund for curtains saying "no policy". This is unacceptable.

If not resolved immediately, I will escalate this to Consumer Helpline and Consumer Court.

Worst possible customer service out there

Recliner not working zero service support inspite of calling many times

Repeated order delays and customer care cut the calls instead of reesolving issues.

Wakefit is the worst company. Delivery timeliness promised but missed many times. Worst customer support and executives who while trying to apologise for delays actually have a nasty ugly tone. Wakefit you have huge competition. Time you stepped up your game or shut down

Wrong product delivered did not get resolved even in a month not providing replacement or refund

Today we visited the T. Nagar showroom to purchase pillows and pillow covers. Unfortunately, both items were out of stock. We managed to get two pillows only by placing an online order, but even the pillow covers were unavailable. We were quite surprised by this response and are totally disappointed with the experience.

I placed an order with Wakefit, but my delivery is still pending. Every day I have to call customer support myself, and even then I don’t get any clear or proper response. This is very disappointing and unprofessional service.

I request you to either deliver my order immediately with a confirmed date or initiate a full refund without further delay. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate this complaint on consumer platforms.

Kindly take this seriously and resolve it as soon as possible.

Very disappointed with Wakefit’s service. I ordered a Classic Foam Mattress on 22nd March, and after making a modification on 25th March, the delivery date was pushed from 30th March to 6th April. Now, without any proper explanation, it has been further delayed to 14th April.
This was a prepaid order, yet there is absolutely no commitment to timely delivery. Constantly changing delivery dates and lack of communication clearly shows poor customer service and zero accountability.
Extremely frustrating experience — not what I expected at all. I would not recommend Wakefit if they cannot even honor their promised delivery timelines.

Would have given 0 or -ve stars if there was an option. Company sends damaged furniture (wing chairs) by post and accepts no responsibility nor responds to requests for replacement or refund. Shouldve read other reviews before purchasing, DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I would have given negative rating if available to wakefit for its services. I have ordered a mattress direct from their website but the delivery was delayed. Even asking their customer care I got response "can't resolve your issue as working hours are over for the day". No accountability towards delivering the product to the customers on time.
Interesting part is the delivered product was different (and cheaper) than the ordered one. They assured to replace it but funny thing is they delivered wrong product again. After struggling over a month, cancelled the order.
I strongly suggest not to buy mattress from wakefit website.
