It's is a complete scam. U will receive sms with delivery details but it will not be delivered. And the delivery boy will not receive your call. They continuously calls before you place your order but post that u cannot connect with anyone. It is a fraud. My money is still with then. Unable to cancel.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid Furlenco at all costs.

I had opted for their Flexi Cancellation plan and closed my subscription 3 months early, expecting a refund as promised in writing (Ticket: 747648700771). The items — bed, washing machine, refrigerator, and mattress — were picked up on June 7, after several days of stress, false commitments, and dozens of calls.

Since then, I’ve been constantly told to “wait for 24-48 hours” by different agents, every single day. Every ticket is closed without resolution. No refund has been issued. Now they're saying it will take 10–12 working days — despite previously promising 4–7 days.

This isn’t just poor service — it’s mental harassment and a clear case of cheating. Their CEO doesn’t respond, social media complaints go ignored, and customer support is just a dead end. I have all the proof — emails, call logs, tickets — and I’m now taking legal action via the e-Daakhil consumer court portal.

My advice: Don’t fall into their trap. Their refund policy is a lie. Once they have your money, they’ll do anything to delay or deny it.
@Furlenco — if you're reading this, honor your written commitments and refund my money immediately.

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life with any company. I made a full payment to Furlenco on 31st May 2025, and till today – NO PRODUCT, NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND. Just lies and endless waiting. This is nothing short of daylight robbery.

Their customer service is pathetic. Every time I call, they either don’t respond or give scripted excuses. They have automatically rescheduled my delivery multiple times without my consent, and then keep you waiting like a fool. The delivery person NEVER answers the phone, and no one from their team is capable or willing to help.

It honestly feels like Furlenco is running a scam operation. They took my money and then disappeared. No accountability. No honesty. No service. Just pure harassment and mental torture.

I’ve wasted my time, energy, and money dealing with this horrible company. And to make things worse – they still haven’t returned my money. It's been weeks, and not a single responsible person has reached out with a solution.

If you value your money, peace of mind, or basic respect as a customer – DO NOT use Furlenco. They are unprofessional, unethical, and possibly fraudulent. I’m seriously considering legal action. I will never forget how badly they’ve handled this.

SHAME ON YOU, FURLENCO.

Absolute Scam! Furlenco blatantly rips off customers by delivering damaged goods and then ignoring all requests for pickup or refund. A BIG FAT NO!
Firstly, they are very difficult to get a hold of, secondly, they never have an answer to any question you ask them - dates, availability, literally ANYTHING! And most importantly, your furniture will never arrive on time! Absolute nightmare!! Our furniture was supposed to arrive on 15th then they moved to 17th and it arrived on 18th so as said someone should come to assemble on 19th but no one showed up. & when I called they said they can’t guarantee anyone for now. Can take 24 to 48 hrs! Furlenco, you guys should just not do business anymore if you can’t keep up with everything!

Terrible experience with Furlenco

Terrible experience with Furlenco. As my house lease was expiring, I raised a request to get my furniture returned and the pick up was scheduled. But on the day of the pick up no one came to pick up the furniture. I tried calling the pick up partner but he was not answering calls. I have to vacate my house tomorrow and no one is showing up. My landlord is rightfully asking me to remove the furniture as he needs to give the house to the next tenants. I have no place to keep the furniture. The helpline of the company is busy. No response on email. No response on twitter. This is pure harassment. The only option I have left is to leave the furniture on the street or give it away since I won’t be available anymore at my place after tomorrow to return the furniture. I’m not sure of the legal implications of this. I was at my place at the scheduled time for the pick up. It was Furlenco that did not keep their end of the bargain and come for pick up. I feel like I’m stuck in this situation because of their unprofessional behaviour. I have also read stories of many other agrrieved customers of Furlenco who too had to leave their furniture at the old house because Furlenco did not show up for pick up. And then they were getting harassed by collection agencies to pay up for the furniture when it was really not their fault. This is pure fraud and harassment by Furlenco. I have learned my lesson and will not trust them again but I am still not sure of what to do with the furniture. If anyone from Furlenco is reading this please pick up the furniture by tomorrow or I will not be in a position to return it and I don’t know what the implications of that will be. And to all those reading this review and considering renting furniture from Furlenco, before making a decision please read the experiences people have had and the harassment they have faced.

Do not trust the delivery dates and do not share your kyc without confirming the delivery date

The delivery date on the website showed 17th May while the earliest delivery date on the App is 20th May . whats more , they do your KYC - Take your PAN , verify Aadhar before letting you choose the date of delivery ,

To my horror , the date showed 20th while the date on the website showed 17th .

Why would i want to give my kyc esp pan and aadhar or why does Furlenco needs to know my info before they are sure that they could fulfill my needs . Looks shady and a data collection trick

Don't rent from furlenco

If you are looking to rent some furniture for a short time instead of buying then never ever go with FURLENCO . I recently had a very unpleasant experience with Furlenco that I feel compelled to share. I ordered some furniture on rent for 3-4 months and recently tried to return it, where my nightmare start. It took them around 18days to get my furniture picked-up after numerous of rescheduling by them.

To start with, the customer service was nothing short of frustrating. When I called for assistance, I was forced to wait on hold for an excessively long time, like 7-10mins was the minimum wait time till you get to connect with there customer executivr which is unacceptable for a service that claims to value its customers. The wait times were simply ridiculous, and when I finally got through, the staff was unhelpful. There is no direct communication between there delivery/pick-up agents. They connect with warehouse which also sometime not answers to them for any issues. Even they ensure you to update on timely basis but they don't.

The chatbot on their website was no better—it was completely useless. Instead of offering real solutions, it only repeated generic responses that didn’t address my concerns at all. It was frustrating trying to communicate with a system that clearly wasn't designed with the user experience in mind.

Things only got worse when the delivery and pickup agents arrived. At the time of delivery they charged me 1500rs for just to get the furniture from ground to my floor although I already mentioned that I stay on 3rd floor without lift at the time of buying and also asked me to get a rikshaw to take the furniture from road to my home(approx 50m distance) which I beared.

Real problem start when I tried to return. The agent arrived at place and refused to take the furniture saying the truck will not come to my home. They were rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic courtesy and get the pick-up rescheduled without confirming if me or anyone else will be available at the time of pick-up. I called the customer care to get it rescheduled. Not only did they fail to follow the proper procedures, but they also seemed completely disinterested in providing any kind of assistance. Then on second attempt the agent called and inform me that he is coming but didn't showed up and inform me that the vehicle got broke after I called them. Due to this I had to pay extar rent to my landlord just for Furlenco's furniture lying there. The pickup was an absolute nightmare, with no proper communication about the timing or process. Later, The pick-up was completed in parts, some furniture was took on Saturday and rest of that pickup yesterday after numerous of call and request from my end. If you ask agents to consult with the company executives for any issues they reply with saying "We don't know the company or nothing to do with the company. We only listen to our transportation which also not directly connected with them".

Overall, Furlenco's service is far from the quality you would expect from a brand that advertises itself as a reliable and customer-centric company. I would strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with them. The lack of professionalism, combined with poor customer service and rude staff, makes them a company I would not recommend to anyone.😡😡

I am stuck with their furniture and not sure how to return. I rented a sofa set for a few months and have paid for it but ever since I requested to end the contract they have not made any effort to contact or collect the items. I have emailed to their customer care but no response. I really hope that they improve their customer service.

I had bought furniture worth 35k here and it was in terrible condition the backrest of bed was broken the dining table drawn was loose, guess what happens they first send a repair guy and this guy starts doing the repair at your home worsens it further later he say we will replace it but it's been around a MONTH they never come on MUTUALLY DECIDED DATE randomly call in the middle of the week and tell we can't reschedule or ask for MONEY. if we try to correct them, they will ghost you for a week

Beware

Beware — Furlenco seems like a scam! I had a terrible experience with this website. After placing an order and making the payment, there was no proper confirmation, and customer support was completely unresponsive. It feels like the website is fake — no delivery, no updates, and no refund process. It’s been weeks, and I’m left with nothing but frustration. Please be cautious before trusting this site. Looks like a spam site designed to trap customers.

Pathetic service

Pathetic service. I took refrigerator on rent and they delivered the product which isn’t cooling at all. I placed service request also but no revert. Pathetic experience. Wont recommend it to anyone. Guys don’t take anything from these guys else you will regret

Furlenco only knows how to get you on…

Furlenco only knows how to get you on board, once they will deliver the furniture/appliances to you, they will not bother to answer your calls, i was told that i have 5 days to return any item from my unlimited plan, but i received a broken/chipped dining table, i am trying to return it for a replacement but the assigned manager is so busy that he doesn't even bother to respond to my calls/msgs. today the 5 days are over and now Furlenco will say we won't take the return or do any replacement. They will call you 100 times in a day when you will be surfing on their website or app for a new subscription. But once it is delivered to you, they don't give a damn.....poor....super poor services. I would not recommend FURLENCO to anyone.

Urgent: Defective Treadmill and Unresolved Customer Support Issues

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from Furlenco. From the very first day of renting a treadmill, we have faced serious issues.

Although we rented the treadmill for 3 months, it only functioned for 1 week. Moreover, we continue to receive automated calls from your bot, prompting us to renew and make payments for a service we have barely used.

Despite sending multiple emails, messages, and making numerous phone calls to your customer support team, we have received no response or resolution. This lack of support has been extremely disappointing.

We urge you to take immediate action to resolve this matter. We have already involved our legal representative, and it is essential that you address this situation promptly to avoid further escalation.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER ORD3701237344 I had placed order for a G.O.A.T Fabric SofacumBed in Jalapeno Green colour on 17 Dec with a Delivery date of today 22 December. I received details of the delivery agent Sachitanand , 7700995471 when i called him he said i don’t know when it will be delivered, i informed him i received an email stating it will be delivered between 8 am and 8 pm today He aaid he cannot deliver it today he can only do it on 25th December after which he kept me on hold without coming back online. I called his nos again and it went unanswered. I called customer care Ticket No:734869761855 Keerthana and asked her what the issue was and explained to her my requirement of the sofa is only for 3 days ie: between 23rd and 25th of December as i have elderly guest coming over for my brothers wedding and they cannot sleep on the floor due to their age. Only because of Furlenco’s policy of 3 months lock-in period i have to keep it for 3 months without any use. Keerthana after speaking to that very useless delivery agent assured me it will be done today that delivery man was in Bandra he had some issue with the vehicle, i questioned if there us a vehicle issue can they not send it via Porter because i need it urgently my guest will be arriving tomorrow morning she said they will make sure its delivered today. After sometime the delivery agent mentioned ita not possible again and it can be delivered on 25th only.. i called customer care again Ticket No:734873338480 spoke to Fayasudeen who surprisingly said there is some issue with the vehicle and Keerthana must have said by mistake it will be delivered today and the vehicle was not in Bandra and also something stupid like if it was in our hands we would have done it… what is customer care ??? What is their work ??? Their duty ??? I asked to speak to a manager wo which he mentioned he will talk to the delivery agent and kept me on hold and then came back stating the delivery agent has assured him it will be delivered today but it will be late not by 8p. To which i mentioned thats fine as far as it gets delivered today because if not today then pls cancel the order as i do not need it after that its of no use to me. He aaaured me it will be done today and i receive a message at 9.12pm stating *Update:Furlenco visit rescheduled due to your unavailability* Whose unavailability??? *Your Furlenco Fulfillment Date is Set!* Hi! The selected fulfilment date for your Furlenco activity is set to 2024-12-25 Please note that we will reach out to you on 2024-12-23 for confirmation via WhatsApp and call. Who rescheduled it my phone was in full network i dis not receive a single call aa soon as I received this message i called Sachitanand more than 6 times but he did not answer his phone it was just ringing and nor was customer service available as they close at 7pm .. Is this the service you provide ? Who gave you the authority to reschedule the delivery date without consulting me .., this was very obvious that Sachitanand Would not delivery not because of my unavailability but because of your incompetence and disgusting service never have i come accross such service. Out of decency since you could not deliver it today as promised atleast have the decency of delivering it in the next day but no who the hell has asked for a delivery date of 25th December ??? Are you giving the service for Free ???? What kind of business are you running when you cannot fulfill your commitment ??? Is this treating your customer fairly ???? I want a full refund as i informed your agents if they cannot deliver it today I DONOT NEED IT .. THE WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED AND WILL UPDATE A FEEDBACK ON GOOGLE AS WELL TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE DO NOT FALL PREY TO SUCH SERVICE AND ARE IN A SORRY STATE BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE
