Highly recommended
Easy set up, good rates and zero costs. Funds arrived instantly in my Euro account at a rate that was substantially better than my bank and with none of the charges my bank wanted to levy.
FTT works exactly as the website says, fully transparent with records all available on line.

Great way to pay
Use them all the time for my business to pay in Euro from Pound. Cheaper than the bank sending it. Money sent efficiently. If anything ever goes wrong then a human contacts you and sorts it out. Excellent service.

Never using again
Online system makes life complicated and littered with poor terminology. Then the support staff use totally different terminology and gave advice leading to us losing money. Support was horrendous throughout, no attention paid to details they were given and comprising mainly stock responses. FTT were only then bothered about looking into the issue with any real intention once we'd demanded to close the account.
Key facts:
- 3 orders were placed and the critical one disappeared off the system
- FTT telephone support guided next steps, which turned out to be wrong.
- FTT support failed to give the right advice and check their remedy was correct, and subsequently passed the issue around internally, failed in their audit trail.
- FTT offered no remedy until account was cancelled, then had no will address the lost funds other than a "preferential rate" which had become meaningless, and then after much more complaining offered to drop the £10 transaction fee which again was, in relative loss terms, laughable.
You can see from the FTT response that they have still failed to actually address the issue. This is because their support never actually listened throughout, which sadly is crucial to "support".
There are far easier solutions out there, and ones you can trust to look after you!

I am sorry you feel our online system is complicated; it was designed to be as straightforward as possible. Our UK-based Support Team are available 24/7 to answer your queries and guide you through the system should you require any assistance.
The Orders you placed on our system instruct us to automatically buy your currency if your desired exchange rate becomes available in the market.
I spoke with you on Friday about your concern that one Order triggered at your chosen rate whilst the other did not which you believed to be an FTT error. I confirmed I would look into your query straight away and I was able to see that the two exchanges you required were buying different currencies.
Whilst one exchange rate was available and triggered your Order, the other rate was not available and therefore did not trigger - the market had not reached the point you required.
Once an Order is placed, it will remain active until you cancel it yourself or you can input an expiration date. In this instance, you input an expiration date and because your rate was not available by this date, the Order was removed from our system.
I contacted you twice on Friday to communicate this information to you and confirmed FTT would look to compensate you should any of the above information be incorrect but I have not received a response.
As a gesture of goodwill prior to this, you were also given a preferential exchange rate to apologise for any confusion there may have been between yourself and our Support Team. As you can see from the many positive reviews left by our clients, we take great pride in providing an excellent customer journey and I am sorry you feel like you did not receive this in this instance.
If any of the information I have communicated to you is not clear I can only apologise and I would be more than happy to call you to discuss your query in further detail.

Excellent Service and friendly staff
I've used FTT Global to make payments to suppliers in countries other similar services don't cover (Eg Egypt). They save us a fortune in bank fees and exchange rates when paying foreign suppliers and their customer service is friendly and efficient. I'm happy to recommend their excellent service.

My only constructive criticism would be that there is a lack of information on your account pages as to what money has come in for you, it would be far more efficient if all actions were through the account pages of the site rather than having to wait for email notification.

Reliable and easy to use
I enjoy using FTT Global to bring money to Australia from the UK. It's straightforward and quick, and I believe the rates are reasonably competitive. On the rare occasions I've needed to deal with customer service, they've responded promptly and been friendly and helpful.
