Value for money - amazing. dispatch and delivery time - amazing. Communication - amazing. Quality - amazing. Much better than using pet shops, the quality of these rodents is second to none. Too many times I have been told there is supposed to be blood on the nose, or that's the size they are supposed to be, sometimes really being 2 sizes down, will definately use again. Very very happy.

I have used this company for a while and previously they always offered a next day service and this was honoured. However this is no longer the case. It still says next day but is taking 2 days. This is not helpful when it arrives a day after anyone is at home to collect.

Order arrived at the beginning of my 1 hr slot, order was still frozen and in great condition.

An easy to use website, with reliable delivery. The mice arrived fully frozen and are very good quality.
I will be ordering from this site again.

No complaints at all. Food always arrives when expected ,in good condition and well packaged .Wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Ordered three different size of mice. Order came on time with mice still nicely frozen. Only issue was that 2 of the plastic bags containing the mice had split open spilling the contents

The mice arrived the next day packed in a polystyrene box an were still all frozen solid, even including the shipping cost the mice still came in at about half the price I pay at my local shop and the quality and consistency of them is unmatched. Will definately be using this site again.

I ordered a batch of XL frozen mice for my snake. They were supposed to be delivered using a 24 hour service but turned up 2 days late defrosted and rotten. They were poorly packaged even to have survived 24 hours (compared to other companies I have used) and the mice were small and bloody. I have tried to contact the company by email several times to complain and request either a new batch or a refund but have not even received a reply. I am now over £30 out of pocket and am thoroughly disgusted with the 'service' (implies there has been any!). I have since ordered from another company who provided excellent service and an excellent product.

Customer support is a joke, it has to be the worst I've ever encountered!
This is the second time I've used them and the second time that the order didn't turn up on time. The first time slow communication was blamed on the owner being out of the country, I gave them the benefit of the doubt on that occasion.

Latest order: The items I wanted were all showing as in stock, I placed the order and waited and waited and waited!!!! I was given three dates for delivery and on each date it didn't show up with no warning beforehand that it wasn't coming!

Trying to get hold of anyone at this company is a nightmare, they don't answer the phone, they don't return voicemails, their online chat is always offline, they take an age to answer emails if at all! In the end I had to contact my bank for them to get my money back...which they did! From time of ordering to time of getting money back = 1 month. Do yourself a favour and order somewhere else and save yourself a lot of time and hassle!!!

This company is full of excuses, stock shortages, dry ice shortage, system update went wrong, new software caused problems...

Don't just take my word for it, read the other bad reviews on here and also do a search on the company and see bad reviews on the reptile forums about them.....They all say the same...YOU CAN'T GET HOLD OF THEM IF THINGS GO WRONG!!!

I tried frozen reptile and on my first order from them they sent my frozen rats out it was a next day delivery as expected my order did not arrive till one week later the rats were spoilt I had contacted them several times before my order arrived to find out where it was and they could not tell me I messaged them when they did arrive and they wanted me to take pictures and freeze the rats which I did to prove their spoilt and asked me to email them the pictures leaving me no email address to be found on the website or email this is still unresolved needless to say I will not be using frozenreptile again

Large order arrived on time and frozen solid, great quality and reasonable prices.

I bought 25 frozen mice. They were in excellent condition and came with much of the dry ice still in tact and the mice still completely frozen solid. I felt happy and confident to feed them to my snakes. The pricing was competitive, the delivery was quick and I'll carry on using this company in the future. Highly recommended.

Website was easy to navigate, prices were competitive and delivery was on time and still well frozen. And I got a giggle when the delivery driver asked me what was in the parcel as it was so cold!

these guys are great not only is their products high quality but the customer service is great too

Good quality goods, rasonable price, fast delivery!!! Ice packs still froze solid upon arrival.
Once ive eaten what ibe got I will order more!

The website I used was easy to negotiate my way round , the only thing not for my liking is the price of multimamates but I understand why there still higher in price.

everything looks clean and packed well, no balled up manky rats!

Will definitely order again, this was our third order and had no problems at all
