We visited the Oxford Street store and had a great experience, whilst being helped by a lovely member of staff named Abs. He made my two brothers feel very welcome and made sure they were 100% comfortable in the tuxedoes we purchased!

Shoutout to Abhay for a great experience! Super involved, very patient and gave great suggestions to go along with the pick.

This is the first time shopping at Frencheye, walking into the store I was greeted by Abhay, he was very welcoming and provided a great 5 star service. Great customer service was very accommodating served by Raman

Pedram provided a great service in the White City store when we went to buy my husband's wedding suit. He was attentive, helpful and responded to our requests quickly. He also made us feel comfortable by not pushing any sales and letting us choose what we wanted. He made us feel like VIP clients and sorted out the alterations required quickly. Highly recommend getting a suit via Pedram in White City Shepherds Bush Westfield store.

First tailoring experience and felt more than accommodated throughout.

I've had a wonderful experience at FrenchEye White City with Pedram last week purchasing 2 suits. He listened well to the alterations I wanted and recommended me shirts to match my whole outfit. My father was also very happy with him as he treated us with respect and helped him putting his blazer on. It really made us feel very welcome and I will definitely recommend my family members to this place. I hope to see him again as I need to buy a few ties but this is what a business is about attracting customers to come more and more!
