FRENCHEYE Anmeldelser

I was looked after by OBIAD at the Bond Street branch such a lovely gentleman that was patient with me and very understanding. I had a stroke back in 2018 which left me with nerve damage in my hand so took me a few extra minutes to get sorted, just wanted to say how appreciative I am for his help much appreciated I’ll be back soon!

I went to Frencheye in Westfields to get a suit for my graduation. Had the pleasure of being advised and helped by Abdi. Excellent customer service and knowledge. Would definitely recommend more friends to their store for any future purchases.

Abhay and his team were awesome. I went to buy one suit, I ended up buying 3 instead.

I was looked after by Pedram at the White City location.
After looking for hours, no other store had what I was looking for then I stumbled across FrenchEye and I liked their whole range from shirts, suits, ties and coats.

Pedram took a few minutes to understand my needs for this suit and he went to some effort to find me exactly what I needed and kept it within my budget. He also took trouble to fit the suit to me and I am delighted the alterations can be done overnight.

Thank you Pedram I will definitely be a returning customer.

We got the best fit suit and an amazing experience with the personal touch rendered by Raza. It is really difficult to get a tailored fit and we were extremely delighted to get the alterations done. Thank you Raza and thank you Frencheyee.

Absolutely incredible service from a quality high fashioned store that specialises in bespoke tailoring! The high street is lucky to have it!

All the staff here are fantastic and knowledgeable, but Raza was an absolute star. Left with a perfect suit for an event at very short notice, great suggestions and customer service overall.

Great experience at FrenchEye

I was served by the Manager, who was very kind enough and went out of his way to offer me great service. I managed to get a perfect suit that I am happy with. I would recommend anyone to FrenchEye, and know they would be in great hands.

The service was excellent by Darnell and His Father. As a result of this wonderful service, myself and my dad were able to buy a great suit

We called in this store this morning I know we did not buy but the service was the best I can’t remember his name but he was from Albania
We definitely go back when we buy a suit

I went to French eye for my first suit and Sabina found exactly what I was looking for straight away, amazing suit, amazing staff and amazing experience

Abhay and manager is very helpful guy and help me to select my outfit for my big day with lots of respect .Defo recommend to my family and friends.

I am really impressed by the customer services I received at Frencheye. Pedram was amazing and very helpful. My son and I received our suits quickly with no fuss and suits fit amazingly.
I will most definitely be returning for more suits.

I was served by Pedram and experienced the best customer service. He spent a lot of time and allowed us to try a variety of different suits whilst also sharing his professional opinion. I had a pleasant experience there and would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to buy a good quality suit!

Polite, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. We were looking for a quality suit for my son’s 18th birthday, Frencheye was the 5th shop we visited. The staff were confident without being over ‘selling’. We were given a first class service and now have a beautiful tailored suit.

A great range of styles to choose from. Customer service was excellent. I was warmly welcomed and looked after by Abhay, who had great knowledge of suits. He made sure I was happy with my choices and fits, and went out of his way to ensure that I obtained some shoes from another Frencheye store. Highly professional and he made sure my suits were tailored appropriately.
