This was a renewal. The cost had gone up considerably from last year, because of my age. When I got the paperwork for the policy, I noticed a small error. I rang them up; they made the change and offered me a small refund. Very straightforward

Clear diction
Laura was very helpful and would seek advice if she was not sure. The main thing I got out of it was that I could clearly hear and understand everything that she said. That is so unlike many other companies - so diction is important and avoids any misunderstanding.

What a pleasure it was to deal with the…
What a pleasure it was to deal with the lovely Trisha today. I needed help covering a child waiting for an operation. Trisha talked me through the whole process, made sure I understood everything and helped me make sure everything was covered for our upcoming trip. The communication was fantastic, and she made everything so easy
I had previously been so worried, but Trisha put me at ease with her friendly, bubbly personality. She is honestly a credit to her team, and I can not thank her enough for helping out in an incredibly stressful situation.
I will be recommending this company in the future to all friends and family!

Another year covered
As a returning customer I thought that having to complete the medical questionnaire again was excessive. Otherwise a relatively simple process to get the policy renewed.
