I can see that your policy documents were sent to your email address twice: the first being automatically following payment for your travel insurance.
Depending on the security of your email provider, there may at times be issues with these documents reaching you or the most common reason being that instead of reaching your inbox, they go straight into your junk or spam folder.
This is frustrating for both us and you as naturally, we just want you to receive them straight away. Thankfully, our team is always on hand to help so we are very happy that we made sure they got to you despite that hurdle!

What I liked the most about purchasing my cruise insurance from travel insurance savers, was how easy it was from choosing what kind of insurance I needed , to paying for it. I had the confirmation within 15 minutes and a polite thank you from the company. It was all very easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for cheap affordable holiday insurance.
