Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I understand our customer service team has been in touch as Free Spirit currently restricts cover for countries where the FCDO advise against all travel or all but essential travel. Therefore, whilst Dubai remains essential travel only, alternative cover was arranged under the Travel Plus policy for this trip. We're glad we were able to get this resolved and if you require anything further, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
