I bought a Cube Hybrid One electric bike from Freeborn which was delivered via courier. From the initial phone call through to receiving the bike, the service has been excellent. I can’t recommend Freeborn enough for their knowledge and service. Their video to put the bike back together after delivery, made it easy. I’ve been out on the bike and it’s fantastic!

I have bought several parts and a Mondraker Chrono from them. Can’t fault the service but can fault APC.

Purchased a bike from them 4 years ago, and ever since the first interaction, they have been absolutely amazing. I have had a couple of warranty issues with the parts on the bike and Joe has been so helpful in getting all the issues resolved swiftly, even though I don't live local at all! I would highly recommend Freeborn bikes.

Bought a Cube electric mountain bike. It was well spec'd for the price and I'm really happy with it. Freeborn built it very well in that I didn't need to adjust the gears or brakes, etc when I unboxed and reassembled it; they also fitted the rear mudguard which I ordered as an extra accessory which was much appreciated as I would have had to take the back wheel off to do that if they hadn't done it.

Only slight negative was the courier (APC Overnight) who's communication regarding delivery slot was poor. But the bike still arrived within a week from order so I'm keeping the 5 star rating as I'm very happy overall and would recommend Freeborn.

I purchased an electric Cube easy entry Kathmandu 750 from Freeborn because they had the most competitive price online. I decided to drive to their warehouse to get a closer look at the bike and also to see what frame would suit me. I’m 5ft 3 so I thought a small would be ok. I’m glad I visited Freeborn as after trying a small I was advised to go for the XS. I was also curious to see the other frames. The service I received from all the staff was amazing from my first enquiry to purchase. My bike was ordered and arrived semi built a week later by overnight courier(included in the price). I noticed the battery cover was faulty and called Freeborn customer care who immediately sent a replacement (luckily they had a spare in the workshop) next day delivery. I’ve never experienced such a helpful, professional, friendly online retail company with an exceptional aftercare service before so I had to write a review. I highly recommend Freeborn and will absolutely use them again. Love my new bike, after having a recent hip replacement I was struggling to get on and off my previous bike but with the easy entry cycling is a pleasure. I’ve had a few electric bikes but this model is amazing, it’s powerful and tackles all hills. It’s quite heavy which is to be expected with a 750w removable battery. It comes with an EU charger as well as UK. The Cube comes complete with mudguards, lights, pannier rack and bell. I only had to assemble the seat, handlebar and peddles and connect the led control box which was very straight forward. There are how to videos on you tube. One thing to note is that the battery is delivered separately to the bike which arrived the following day. Just the way the carrier delivers and nothing to do with Freeborn. Brilliant shop. Fast delivery and unbeatable prices. Also, the service is second to none. I damaged my crank arms by not fitting the peddles correctly and they still offered to send out a new set and cover the cost of fitting them. I’ll never use another store again. They also have a great selection of components and accessories. Highly, massively, absolutely recommend this store.

I recently had a superb shopping experience with Freeborn. I found the bike wanted at a fraction of the price compared to what Tredz was selling it for (Mondraker Prime R). In fact, when I asked Tredz if they could price match (for financing purposes), they declined!
Initially, I was a bit skeptical because I had never heard of Freeborn. However, after a few phone calls with the knowledgeable and helpful team running the store, I decided to make the purchase. My bike arrived promptly and was extremely well-packaged.
Overall, the shopping experience couldn’t have been better. As mountain biking is my new hobby, I now know exactly where to go for all my bike-related needs in the future.

Outstanding bike shop - Joe was very helpful when it came to choosing my new Cube e-mountain bike (my last one was also from here) and ensured that the price I paid could not be beaten. The bike arrived a few days later and had all the vulnerable areas protected. Sam then sent me a video that helped me assemble the dropper lever - and I was up and running.
Without doubt the most helpful bike shop I have ever dealt with in years, and will be coming back here when its time to buy another.

Got a great price on a new Marin gravel bike, but it developed a mechanical issue on my first ride. The folks at Freeborn got a new part ordered as fast as they could, replaced it while I waited and gave me some goodies for the trouble. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

My 3rd bike from Freeborn and as ever, efficient and friendly customer service, delivery within timescales, and very competitive prices. Excellent multitool included and it took just 20 minutes to unwrap the bike from the box (very well protected), put the front wheel and handlebar back on, add the pedals, bell and seatpost, and after a check of all the screws and bolts (everything had been correctly done before dispatch), was ready to bed in the brakes and have a little ride around. I cannot praise this business enough - I certainly wouldn't have bought a 2nd let alone a 3rd bike if not 100% happy every time.

Bought a Cube bike from Freeborn, my first venture into the world of Internet bike buying.  The service was excellent, knowledgeable staff available at the end of the phone to answer a few questions I had about the bike prior to placing my order and delivery arranged for a day that suited me. APC, the delivery company, also provided an excellent service. And best of all the bike was at an unbeatable price, great value. Highly recommend.

Guys at Freeboen have been excellent, website is easy to use, team are available to talk to and really knowledgable. Excellent service from start to finish nos good to know they are there to continue that support when needed.

Having spent some time to choose my ideal hybrid bike I searched for the best price and found it on the Freeborn website.
I was dubious about buying my new bike online and would usually go to a local shop, but went for it anyway and glad I did.
The communications and service was really good, I asked for some adjustments before sending and this was done easily and well.
No hesitation in recommending them based on my experience.
And I'm loving the new bike too, thanks to Joe and all at Freeborn.

Absolutely superb service from the team at Freeborn. I was guided through the process of ordering a new bike via a cycle scheme. Once it has arrived, I had a few issues with the bike and accessories which we're sorted out by immediately and without hassle. I cannot recommended these guys enough!

Joe helped me through the entire process of purchasing a bike on CycleScheme via phone and email. Gave me advice on what size frame I needed and even set the suspension up for my height and weight prior to sending the bike to me. Cannot recommend them enough. I'll be using them as much as I can going forward.

I ordered a bike online and it came within a few days. Was easy and came as described. However. I wanted a part for it that I could not find anywhere. A few emails back and forth and they found it. It was not even an expensive part. They took the time to make sure I had the perfect bike. Really very happy and can absolutely recommend them.

I phoned up about a bike I was interested in at bang on opening time, the guy on the phone was more than happy to assist with all of my newb questions I threw at him. I bought a Cube Stereo Hybrid 160 TM that evening and it was ready for collection the next day.

I drove 2 hours south to collect the bike, and when I got there the guy that handed the bike over to me pumped my suspension to the correct level and then showed me around the bike and answered all my questions. When I put the bike in the car I noticed that the tyre on my car was flat, and the guy pumped it up for me! Nice guy, nice shop, nice bike. 10/10 would buy again.

I purchaded a totally lush E bike of the 3d square variety from these guys at an amazing price, the bike was delivered beyond quickly and in perfect condition and when i phoned them with a few questions about it (i had never used an E bike let alone owned one) they were more than happy to talk me through it and answer my endless barrage of questions, customer services set the bar, big thanks guys and I'll check your website for upgrades before anywhere else🤘
