Freeborn are the best bike shop in the UK, if you want to buy a bike online or in person get it from freeborn and have confidence they will take care of all your needs. Can’t recommend them enough.

Looked at buying an ebike seen a 2019 cube and ordered it at a discount but was informed out of stock then offered a 2020 bike for the same price no probs delivered about 4 -5 weeks later in November. Couple of issues but Joe has sorted out without a problem.

Superb shopping experience (ebike £1500+)

Buying through Freeborn was smooth. I made the ebike purchase out of hours and was phoned early the next day by a friendly, helpful agent (Heather, I think :).

Due to a spike in demand, the ordered 2019 model was out of stock. I had picked it for price & spec vs. funds available. I was told that Freeborn would upgrade me to the more-expensive 2020 model, at no additional cost. This was an bonus to me and I am delighted.

Paying out many £100s or £1000+ for a bike, on the internet, with a company you don't know? That's a bit of a leap-of-faith. I searched for Freeborn.co.uk reviews, read positive experiences and took the leap.

From my point of view: Faultless service, delivery & care. I felt assured and in-good-hands. I had a, later, second website contact with the team and got a response immediately.

Thanks, especially with how crazy life is via lockdown, demand, covid, etc. Better than I asked for, delivered earlier than estimated. I would gladly recommend them to a friend.

Freeborn have been professional and courteous throughout despite this unprecedented pandemic- the delivery was quicker than expected and the Cube e-MTB is amazing. Thank you so much!

Excellent communication from the start, very helpful. A completely smooth transaction and the bike was delivered promptly, at exactly the time specified.
The team also seemingly put a lot of effort into checking and preparing the bike for me, and packing it properly, so that it came in perfect condition and easy to assemble.

I was slightly apprehensive about buying a bike worth nearly £3k on the internet but the team at Freeborn could not have been more helpful and gave honest and friendly advice. Great price and excellent customer service before, during and after the sales process. Highly recommended and they support the green commute initiative with the bike delivered within a week.

Very well priced bike (Specialized Roubaix Comp Di2). Very friendly on the phone (clearly love bikes!). Great advice and really quick delivery (received from Specialized by them the next day, they built it and couriered it out to me the day after). Great !

I bought a specialized kenevo from these guys about a year ago. I bought it in store as I live down the road, took it away with my that day no problems. Since owning it I have had a few warranty issues (maybe the bikes fault maybe my riding style). Each time I would take it into store Joe would take a look and tell me not trouble we would get it sorted. Few days later bike is good as new no issues. From my experience freeborn have done given me an excellent service and I will use again

Bought a Tarmac frame and wheels from Freeborn, very helpful and friendly indeed. First class service all round. would definitely recommend as I don't really bother with reviews but these guys deserve it.

One star because the door was open and it took only 10 minutes to discuss my needs. They do not touch bikes not bought from the shop - this I was told in an arrogant and provocative way with no appreciation of customer service. I will never spend my money there and will discourage others from doing so this includes 6 grandchildren. Truly a disgrace.

Awesome shop, I've bought 2 bikes from these guys online recently in their sale, as it turned out both of them were unavailable after purchase but whereas other shops just refund and leave you high and dry, these guys offered me upgraded bikes at the sale price. Their communication was top notch and they despatch promptly on the date expected.

I ended up at Freeborn Bikes after visiting three other bike shops without finding exactly what I wanted. I found the staff at Freeborn very knowledgeable and well-informed about e-bikes. They answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction based on my needs. After trying a couple of bikes, Joe made sure I got the best value for my budget and helped me fit my new bike in my car. Great customer service from start to finish!

Phoned freeborn to see if they had a cube sl race 2018 in stock,spoke to Joe and he informed me that they had sold out,he then said I could have the 2019 at the price as the 2018,I didn't hesitate to take him up on the deal,six days later I was riding down the road on the new bike,I have to say from the start Joe was brilliant to deal with,he took the payment and explained the delivery schedule and it was a pleasure to deal with them,if I ever get another bike I would not hesitate to deal with them again 5 STARS all the way.

Always have my bike servicing done here, they are friendly and all the staff have great bike knowledge so it’s my only shop I use even though it’s a bit further away for me. Online shop is fantastic one of the greatest ranges of stock. They’ve helped me choose my next e-bike too which is on order - thanks guys :)

As per similar other reviews. Ordered a product, paid and created an account only to be emailed directly after to say the product was out of stock. Why did the website let me buy - disgraceful.

If you want a quality bike from people who actually know their product with great after service then look no further.
