Salvator managed the process neatly. High level of service

I can’t recommend Zak highly enough! As someone who had never rented before, I was a bit nervous about the whole process, but Zak made it completely stress-free. He was incredibly responsive and always communicated clearly, walking me through every step so I never once felt confused or misled. He’s genuinely kind, great at his job, and made the experience so easy and reassuring. Thanks to his guidance, efforts, and expertise, we now have a brilliant new home that we can’t wait to move into, and he’s a big reason we were so drawn to it. We’re truly grateful for everything he did and would recommend him to absolutely everyone!

I recently moved into my flat. A couple of days after moving in, I encountered some issues with the flat and contacted my agent, Salv. Thankfully, for his prompt support and responses, contractors were contacted, and the issues were resolved hassle-free.

Freddie was amazing from start to finish. He made the whole process easy and stress-free for me. He was always quick to respond, super helpful with any questions, and genuinely friendly and approachable.
Would recommend him to anyone looking to find a flat!

Joe Hogg and Freddie Papworth made our move into a new flat quick and completely seamless. What could have been a stressful experience was made genuinely pleasant thanks to their professionalism, efficiency, and support throughout the process. We’re so grateful for their help and can’t wait to move into our new place in April!

Nicole and Salvatore were outstanding from start to finish. They found high-quality tenants for me very quickly and supported me throughout the entire process, from handling paperwork to coordinating tradesmen. They were always available, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend them.

Zak has been very kind and helpful throughout my flat finding process. He found my current flat which checked all my boxes. He is very communicative. When I found my current flat, he followed up immediately after the viewing, and kept me posted about the landlords decision after submitting my offer. A great agent.

Jasmine Forster was absolutely excellent. We told her our vision and she made it happen in less than a week. Fantastic service and communication skills. I would totally recommend her to a friend and work with her if needed in future!

Gracious. Attentive. Well versed. Character counts.

Jasmine found us our dream flat in 3 days. It was a perfect and seamless experience. She was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Salvator was helpful to find rent flat in central london

Really friendly and helpful team. Used them twice now for finding places around London Bridge/barbican area. Great knowledge of the area and the entire process was super smooth.

Always had a great experience viewing flats with them. Jasmine Forster was particularly very attentive in showing us new a perspective flat, with great knowledge of the barbican estate. She was able to book us in for a viewing in a sought after flat with very short notice.

I recently had a great experience with the Frank Harris Barbican office. I worked with agent Jasmine who kept me up to date with properties coming on the market and even took the time to to show me around the Barbican. I highly recommend.

I recently had a viewing with Jasmine from Frank Harris Barbican. Her knowledge of the Barbican was very impressive. She answered all my questions and even took the time to show me around the gardens and Barbican centre. I would highly recommend Frank Harris!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Libert in the Barbican office. He was very attentive and knowledgeable when showing me around on a few viewings we had booked. Happy to have found my new home and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone who’s looking to move!!!

We had a great experience with the Team in helping us find new tenants, Nicole and Zak took the time to understand our needs and requests, handled the entire process effortlessly and made us feel in safe hands from start to finish! The whole team have continued to support us post signing new contracts and have continued to provide a great service!

Promised a lot, including a higher price, but fell far short.
I only had 1 viewing, decided to terminate the agreement. Spoke to their lettings as sales unavailable. Followed this up in writing, but no acknowledgement.
Then after ending the agreement Dexters called ( part of same company) to say had I been told about a viewing in 5 minutes time - no.
It transpired the viewing was by Frank Harris, and they clearly did not know I no longer was selling through them or thr key arrangement.
I have since contacted ×2 to complain and saying not to market my property.
One star, no choice, so I'll give that to the women who tried to arrange a viewing but no-one told her what she needed to know, at least she tried.

I found Frank Harris & Co super helpful and responsive, especially Zac Purssord he helped us throughout our tenancy agreement process and ensured we felt supported. Would definitely recommend!
