Never completed the process before, used an old email from my colleague and emailed Bobby-Louise and she was amazing, explained exactly what I needed to do and entire process was completed in under 15 minutes from original email

We needed to order ink, and when I contacted the customer support team, they where extremely helpful and advised that due to us moving addresses, we would need to fill out a form. Normally you would just be told to go onto a website. but not only did they order the ink we needed and sent it to the new address, they also entered the link into the email to make life easier for us to sort out. the service I received was fast, efficient and extremely pleasing. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a franking service. thank you for the great service and keep up the exemplary work you do

We have been with FP mailing since 2017 and have never had bad service, everyone has always been extremely helpful and professional. We have unfortunately had to cancel after 8 years as we now run a paperless office and everything is digitally signed, if it was not for this we would have never have cancelled our account. Excellent service Georgia Brookes was amazing to speak to, she resolved our enquiry incredibly quickly even though we had issues prior we got a new machine and cartridge and she helped with all the installation. Very impressed.
