Joke of a service provider
For a company that is meant to help people whom are struggling I’ve never felt so judged by a consultant in my life. I felt attacked for having extra accounts for savings and a joint account with my partner for rent cause it made their job “too hard” I am currently paying over $300 in debt a week yet according to them as I am a full time casual (contracted for minimum 38 hours a week) I can’t afford for them to change that to $100 a week. A joke of a service, zero help what so ever.
