The dress arrived exactly like the picture the quality of the fabric exceeded my expectations.
I am looking forward to order more from this website.

I bought a dress, after two days they informed me that the dress is not anymore available and they refund my money in two hours.

I ordered two stunning Portia & Scarlett evening dresses on their site! I was reserved first because I did not know them but they are fabulous! The dresses are amazing, the delivery was fast and the prices are competitive too due to welcome discounts! The customer service from Lara was excellent! They were responsive and every question was resolved fast! I felt very welcome and taken care of from the first moment! Very happy with the treatment received! I will shop with them again!

If there was more than five stars, I would give them because this is one of the stores that you’ll always remember and you’ll never forget. The experience is amazing and the quality of the dresses is top-notch.

I received exceptional customer service on two occasions. On both occasions, I did not have much hope, yet Fostani surpassed all expectations.

I had ordered a dress directly from Mc Duggal, size 14, when it arrived it was huge. Unfortunately, post covid many local stores do not carry the dresses to try in person. As a backup, I ordered the same dress from Dillard's which was to arrive by June 1st.

I was debating if the dress was 1 size too big or 2 sizes too big. I ordered a 12 and then thought it would still be too big. I ordered from Fostani because their shipping speed is exceptional. Nordstrom, Saks, Neiman Marcus, Dillard's and even Mc Duggal would not get the dress in time. I contacted Fostani to see if I could change the size of the dress from a 12 to a 10, and they graciously changed my order to a size 10 without issue.

This morning I received notice from Dillard's that my size 12 was running late. Instead of being delivered on June 1st it would arrive June 5, after the wedding.

It is my fault for waiting until the last minute, however, life happens and what you think would work out often times does not.

I went on to Fostani 's website and ordered a size 12, just in case the size 10 was too small, I didn't want to risk it. I emailed asking if it would arrive by Friday and they suggested I try next day shipping, which I must have missed at checkout, they sent me an invoice immediately to have my dress to me on time.

THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING!!

The people that are leaving bad reviews are people who do not read. Their return policy is everywhere and easy to understand and easily accessible.

I know that I will return one of the dresses that will not fit and receive store credit. I am okay with this because they sell well known brands.

Prior to ordering my dress from Fostani, I will do as I did this time around. Order the dress from Nordstrom etc, make sure I have the right size and then return and order from Fostani.

This company will be my go to when I need a dress in a pinch.

Customer service was terrific, they were able to attend to my needs very quickly and efficiently. My order arrived much earlier than expected and I absolutely love the dress. I ordered a Cinderella divine dress and it was exactly as pictured on the website. Definitely buy from Fostani, it’s worth it.

I have been looking for a specific dress, it was sold out everywhere, however, after speaking to Fostani they checked with the designer and they both assured me the dress can be ordered and be ready for my upcoming event on time!!. Thank you for making my shopping experience an easy one!.

Unfortunately the original prom dress I ordered was out of stock, but Fostani quickly helped me find a adequate replacement and it shipped the next day! Took 5 days to deliver to me which is fine, and faster than i expected :-) The dress is such good quality. it's official with the original tag and everything. It was true to size and fit beautifully. Will be purchasing from here again !

Although the original dress I ordered ended up being discontinued, I loved the customer service I received. I was asked about the type of dress I was looking for and sent many options to choose from instead of me having to filter through the website to find a different option. Also received a discount on a new dress for the inconvenience and the dress was delivered to me 3 days after I ordered! I cannot wait to wear it for my wedding! Dress looks exactly as pictured, it’s gorgeous! Special shout out to Zoey for the outstanding customer service! I will certainly order again and have already been spreading the word to others about this awesome site!

The customer service was amazing and very helpful and punctual . They helped me pick my dress for my son’s wedding and I received it in a timely manner and I love it . I have to say that browsing their website was very easy since it’s very organized with lots of filters to narrow down to your needs. The amount of well known designers Fostani carries made me very certain that I would get back to them to find any dress I want for any future occasion

I found my perfect MOB gown through Fostani. The customer service I experienced was excellent. My emails were answered promptly and my concerns were put at ease. I live in Western Australia and was surprised when my gown arrived in less than week. The gown looks more beautiful on and it fits me perfectly, the colour is amazing, I cant wait to wear it on my daughter’s special day.
If you’re looking for that special dress, I thoroughly recommend Fostani, the amazing variety of dresses, the quality, and the prices are just fantastic, but the service you will receive is just as wonderful.

The dress selection is amazing, prices are great, but the customer service shines even brighter. After finding out the dress we wanted was on backorder, they worked with us all day to find the PERFECT substitute at an even better price. So thankful for this boutique!

Not only does store offer you a great selection of unique and beautiful gowns! The staff; particularly, they owner, Lara is a gem to work with to make sure you find the perfect gown! Both my mom and I purchased gowns for my sisters’ wedding, and both gowns were head turners! I highly recommend them!
