I dealt with Fostany website and they were really great , cooperative and quick in the procedures. The dresses arrived before the specified date and they were extremely beautiful and well preserved. I am very grateful to them and I will not hesitate to buy from them again .

Terrible Return Policy & Zero Transparency

Absolutely ridiculous return policy. I used store credit—money I already spent with this company—only to be told that now the item is “final sale” with no return option. This wasn’t clearly stated at checkout, and it feels like a deliberate tactic to trap customers into purchases they can’t undo. It’s shady, and frankly, insulting. If store credit isn’t treated like real money, then don’t pretend it is. Won’t be shopping here again, and I’d strongly warn others to read the fine print—because they clearly won’t tell you upfront.

Amazing delivery time to Ireland but terrible quality for price. Ordered a size bigger than measurements as per web page and still too small. Delivery box was so small couldn't believe it had a dress in it. Definitely not the same as the dress on the site

I bought a dress from Fostani for my best friend's wedding. The shipping was incredibly fast (less than a week from the USA to the EU), and the dress was beautiful even though I had ordered the wrong size and there was a small defect (a missing jewel button). Customer service immediately responded to my email and quickly arranged for a replacement dress, also correcting the size issue. The second dress arrived in less than a week as well. I am absolutely satisfied with my experience with Fostani, and I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the customer service. They have definitely earned a loyal customer.

Very good communication and the dress brands

This company carries great quality products at fair prices. It seems simple, but with the growing number of websites charging high prices and providing low quality knock offs, it’s a big deal.

I reached out to the business with a last minute request. What I got was customer service that was above and beyond my expectations. I will use this business for all future needs during special occasions. Extremely satisfied and grateful to do business with them.

Amazing company, return was very easy all what you need is to open the website and find a request rerun section, you’ll get a confirmation email with the rerun shipping label. I got my new dress today and it was as GORGEOUS!! Perfect fit

The size chart is wrong so the dress came in too large and when I tried to return it I had to contact them multiple times for them to send me the return label and it took about a week. They kept ghosting me. Then when they received it, they claimed the dress had an odor so they couldn't return it because it wasn't in the condition it was received in and all I did was try it on, and put it back in the plastic bag and box directly after trying it. We are very clean people and working in the fashion industry, I understand sometimes that an odor can be present from fabric finishings or from plastic, which I had to leave it there for a week to return it. They are a scam of a company and will do anything to prevent you from returning a dress.

I have been so frustrated with Fostani and their customer service… I purchased a dress for my mom size 18, upon receiving the dress she tried it on it was one size big so the same day I requested a return label… it took them a day to send me a link which took me to a message center and I explained the situation and requested an exchange. Just to be safe I also messaged them through WhatsApp that was the only contact number on their contact us list. Didn’t hear anything from them the 5 days window passed and now they are asking me for proof of emails despite of having proof of my messages. It has been so frustrating. They don’t work with customers, impossible to hear from them and when you do it takes a few more days to get to the issue. My money went down the drain basically… I’ve purchased from other online dress stores and they have always worked with me with size exchange. My mom is middle eastern and curves so are all her girls and I’ve never had this issue with exchanging just one size down or up. I have not been able to talk to anyone in person at all. I hope this saves someone else the headache I’m going through dealing with a simple exchange. Their customer service is horrible. Save yourself the headache, don’t purchase from them… i literally got an email with them with dates that I requested the exchange. I wish I could upload their email here but I don’t see any attachment links.

The dress was absolutely flawless and my daughter looked like a real life princess - the compliments were endless!
Delivery was as estimated and it was delivered correctly not just left outside.
Highly recommend!

A total scam! The dress l ordered was very cheap looking compared to the one that was advertised. They only give you a store credit, with about $60 deduction of the original payment.
