Needs some work
The gym needs some work. When you enter the ladies locker room - there seems to be mold on the floor. There needs to be an up to date class listing with instructions on what the class is. I enjoy the Aqua classes but the music is toooooo loud and always the same. There needs to be a variety of music types for the variety of class participants. Also, as far as I know, there is no elevator or lift ramp. I would like to bring my brother to walk around the track with me but he uses a cane and is disabled. He would not be able to get up the stairs in order to work out.

Thank you for your review. We have been aware of the issue in the locker room and have replaced the carpeted floors with tile to help eliminate that. We'll keep striving to raise your four star to a five star.
I love it here.
I love it here so much I drive 45 mins to go there. There classes are fun. The instructors are friendly. 1st place I found that has aqua zumba and I absolutely love this class. The instructor Robin R. makes it so much fun. Eric H. showed me around when I went to look at the gym. He was very helpful and continues to be. I never would have known it was his 1st day there. Great Job . Everyone I have encountered from staff to member have made me feel welcome.

You guys rock
I was going to planet fitness, but I felt lost all the time when it came to what exercises to perform. You guys give me direction which provides a light at the end of the tunnel. Also your staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would always recommend people to your establishment.

Thanks for your review. Too many people don't realize what they're missing at those cookie cutter gyms. Everyone is different and one size doesn't fit all.
Friendly and knowledgeable
Just started working out about 4 months ago. They offer a personalized workout, which I love.

Holidays
Some of the less important holidays need to have the gym open and weekends open to late everything else is great as is

Communication
Running a business is hard and demanding and not being able to foresee the unexpected. Schedule changes, have a meeting with your instructors and listening to there input not changing things to accommodating one person. They know more of the clients wants. Knowing you need replacement instructor why wait till the last minute to hire someone, you still need one, what are you waiting for?

Thank you for taking time to review our club. I apologize for any inconvenience the canceling of 2 classes may have caused you or our other valued members. However, qualified class instructors aren't easy to find. We have been trying to fill the empty slots since well before Rebecca left. We are always looking for new talent in all areas of our operation. Hopefully in the future we can bring your rating of the Forum up.
Honest Assessment
Each staff member is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of a gym. The hours are great and can work around your schedule. With that said keep up the great job.

Best Gym on the "Planet"
I would recommend this Gym to anyone. It is easily the best Gym around. All the people are friendly and everyone can just be themselves with no pressure to impress anyone.

Great Gym with pool
I enjoy using the gym and then afterwards using the pool to cool down and relax. Hot tub and saunas are also available. Gym equipment is always in good shape and the gym seems to have most of the standard equipment I have found in other gyms. They also have various classes that may be included in the price.

Friendly staff and great selection of equipment
Computer based training program called Active Tracs is great. My work outs are now varied and not routine anymore.
