Full on scam company please avoid at all costs been waiting since 13th of last month and no update on £102 refund £87 for products that were not even close to what i had ordered and £15 for next day delivery which took 5days joke of a company
Theo — sorry for the slow reply. Understood: clear bottles are no use for what you're storing, so the full £87 is going back to your card — you'll get the confirmation email the moment it's through, and there's nothing to send back. If we get proper tinted bottles in I'll let you know. Tom

Poor customer service, poor communication.
Ordered and waited a week for them to ship and they didn’t ship, asked for a refund they said they would refund and reach out with an update (which i’ve been waiting on for a week) they haven’t said anything not answering emails nor text through customer service number.

Arrogant staff, false promises, nobody answers
My last order was, well, it was absolutely destroyed by some arrogant kid who told me that my designs “weren’t very good” and replaced them with some AI generated garbage that I wouldn’t wipe my backside on.
Tom (who seems to be the only sane one there) apologised, fixed the order and promised me a £90 credit AND a discount code.
Just logged in to try and place an order - no credit on my account and the discount code is invalid!
Tried to call. Tried to call Tom. Tried to place a call back. Absolute crickets.
How do you operate a business??

I had a fantastic experience with this logo design and printing business. The team was professional, creative, and really listened to what I wanted. The logo design was exactly what I was looking for, and the printing quality was excellent. Everything was completed to a high standard and delivered on time. Professional from ordering to delivery. I ordered from the website, which was easy to navigate, and got a call to check my order was correct. This company has had me waiting since last Wednesday 18th for a parcel it is now the 23rd and I placed my order on the 11th and still no parcel has came threw these people are just taking your money and blanking customers for days and then comes up with excuses, in a professional business there should be no excuses and should be sticking to timing that you advertise on your website I genuinely feel as if they are testing my patience and feel as if I’ve been scammed which is only going to make a person call trading standards and call the bank due to fraud

You should never have had to wait more than three months or pursue a refund because we failed to respond. There is no excuse for that, and we are sincerely sorry.
Your refund has been completed. We have also added £500 in store credit to your account and issued a permanent 20% discount card for future orders. We understand that these gestures cannot undo what happened, but we hope they demonstrate how seriously we take our failure and our commitment to making amends.
Should you ever choose to trust SLAPSTA with another project, we will assign you a dedicated representative who is available during U.S. business hours and can be contacted directly throughout the process. They will personally oversee your order from start to finish.
