Placed an order back in August for the beauty calendar for my wife, DPD delivered and despite instructions to leave in enclosed porch that is always left ajar for deliveries left it out on the path, took photos of it on the path and had the front to say left in porch.
I got home and nothing gone, been nicked.
Contacted Fortnums and they were useless, they ignored me, made me out to be a liar, service was so bad and they just don’t care about their customers. I have no item and they are just ignoring me

Very helpful staff when I didn’t understand the VAT at the end of the receipt. I do still think it’s a bit confusing when I feel you don’t need to show it at all especially as it’s only for certain items.

Really disappointed
Unfortunately I’m really disappointed with Fortnums . I ordered a hamper .it was due to be delivered yesterday . I waited in all afternoon and it didn’t arrive. Fortnums sent me an email . Saying I wasn’t home and missed the delivery. Would you like to explain why you feel the need to not be accountable for the lie? . I live in a cul de sac and there is enough cameras around to prove the delivery company didn’t show up. So why lie??
The delivery company didn’t .. just Fortnums. Talking on WhatsApp and again no apology for trying to blame someone else rather than being honest . I expected more
