I’m so grateful for the guidance

I’m so grateful for the guidance and support I received from Rita at For The TECH Of It – Remote Career Intelligence. She helped me identify remote career opportunities that aligned with my goals, improve my résumé, and, most importantly, build my confidence in what I have to offer.

Communication, Compassion, and Delivery

Rita was beyond supportive, compassionate, and communicative throughout the entire process. She took the time to truly understand my needs and goals for finding remote work and provided thoughtful guidance tailored specifically to my background, strengths, and career interests.

One of the things I appreciated most was how recognized and understood she made me feel. Knows how to play the Job Application Game

I hired Rita for her help with learning the new rules of the job application game. The first thing Rita did that was quite simple but made a huge impact - she let me know I was not alone and that we would be working together to get the result I wanted. She shared her expertise in navigating today's processes, she was available for one-off questions I encountered along the way, and she checked in on me.
