Focusmate has literally changed my life. And I'm not someone who throws that statement around. It is by far, and by a very large margin, the BEST productivity tool I've ever used. I highly recommend it if you struggle with task initiation and procrastination.

I was skeptical to do body doubling, an ADHD strategy, with strangers online, but found that the site gives you a proper introduction to using their site before your first interaction and all the other users I've worked with have been friendly. It's a great tool to get work done more efficiently. I appreciate the scholarship they offer to those in need short or long term. The groups available, especially for those who are neurodivergent, are also a great resource.

I love focusmate. I can't emphasize enough how helpful it has been for keeping me moving forward. I especially appreciate all of their positive messaging. Like when you miss a session they ask if you are ok vs penalizing you for missing.
