Having made the decision to have eye surgery, I did a lot of research on Google and looked at many reviews of different companies. I decided Focus vision seemed to have the best reviews. Having now had Multi focal Lens Replacement Exchange surgery, it was absolutely the best decision I have ever made choosing this company. All the team at Focus vision are absolutely brilliant. Everything runs with absolute precision, and all the staff are so friendly.They are really efficient answering any pre surgery queries and also after care queries. A very special Big Thank You to my surgeon Dr Sumith Perera, who was simply lovely. He was very honest and open about the surgery and what outcome to expect. The actual surgery is totally stressless, pain free and actually quite quick. All the team was really lovely and calming. 4 weeks from surgery, I am absolutely delighted NO glasses. My eyesight is already great, and will only improve over the next few months. Thank you all. I can't stop smiling. The best decision ever!!.

In reply to your reply - I contacted you double check that all was good to book my train tickets - I purchased them through train line and I have tried to get a refund and I can not! You offered me 1 alternative but I could not do that date - I did not refuse it - I was unable to come and then you offered me 1 just before Xmas - - everything I wrote was TRUE

Update to my below review - when cancelling my appointment they did say they would look in to refunding my train tickets - I have now contacted them twice and now they are ignoring me! *****

I can not convey how disappointed I am.

I am travelling along way for the consultation, so I checked that everything was good for the date that had been booked, then confirmed all was good.

I went ahead and booked a return train ticket for me and my husband.

Today I have a phone call cancelling the appointment and the alternative appointment being offered was 3 1/2 months away.

I have decided to go somewhere else that does not let their customers down.

It’s been 9 months since my laser eye surgery with Focus clinic. As most have already said, it was the best decision I have ever made. All of the staff at Focus were professional, knowledgeable and extremely attentive. I didn’t think I was going to be that nervous as I wasn’t in the build up however, on the morning of my surgery I became very nervous. The nurses and surgeon all ensured that I was provided with the time and reassurance I needed before laying down. Thank you so much Focus, you’ve changed my life!

We registered for a consultation online, and we were called back within minutes. Prasheen Patel answered all our enquiries efficiently and comprehensively. We really appreciate his help in getting our in-person consultations organised, and all the extra details he provided about the surgery. This was the most welcoming beginning to an laser eye consultation that either of us had ever experienced.

I got my eye surgery back in 2019 and I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made. It has been just over 3 years since I had it done and my eyes are still perfect. I cannot thank Focus Clinic enough!

Just save yourself the time and get your laser eye surgery with Focus Clinics, why? They really do have a 100% 20/20 success rate.

Like everyone I was skeptical at first, however after having 4 consultations with other providers, I went with Focus as they demonstrated genuine care for their patients, consulted me on every decision and never pushed me to pay/make a decision - in the end I achieved 20/12 vision! This means I have better than 20/20 and can now spend the rest of my life knowing I got my eyes corrected by the right team.

FYI: My prescription was -2 in each eye with astigmatism. Now it is 0 with no astigmatism

Absolutely Amazing! from my first consultation up to my follow up appointment 1 week after LASIK Surgery it’s been a dream come true. I can’t fault anything. Extremely happy customer. All staff fantastic, surgery was 30 minutes in total and I couldn’t read the time in the clock beforehand but did immediately after surgery… I was delighted. Highly recommend.

It has been now 5 days since my treatment and I still can't get used to it that I can see without glasses. The clinic is the best you could ever find, very professional, helpful, caring and outstanding service provided! Everything went so well better than I expected it was very emotional for me and I am very pleased with the team and I’m amazed with the results! They have made me feel comfortable and calm, they put every effort to make it as easy as it can be. I would recommend using only this clinic for your eyes and also anyone who is considering just doing it!

My self and my partner both had Lens replacement surgery with Mr Hamada at focus.
The treatment is life changing I can see and do the activities I love without my glasses.
The staff and care at focus is fantastic.
