We buy our Company Calendars from Fluid Branding every year. They're always fantastic quality, our customers love them. The team are always wonderfully helpful and easy to deal with, delivery is usually ahead of schedule and they basically make it a very straightforward and easy experience.

Quick communication and good quality print and promo item (we purchased swiss gear backpacks)
Delivery lead time was not too bad either considering order was placed over the Christmas period. We received them on the 5th of January.

Unresponsive and unapologetic
I've worked with Fluid in 2020 and had a great service, so I thought to work with them again in November 2021 for our new merch but the service changed drastically for the worse. Our account manager was unresponsive and sent us proofs to approve of a completely different product after 3 weeks of back and forth emails and a very thorough briefing - when confronted with this, it turns out the items we had budgeted, approved and paid for were out of stock and they were very unapologetic about it, leaving me with no choice but to cancel the order and frantically look for another supplier on short notice. We've made a formal complaint and the manager was very thoughtful and issued a refund which we appreciate - however the service from the account manager was terrible.

Quite simply the worst experience i…
Quite simply the worst experience i have had with a supplier for some time.. Constant lies, over promised, under delivered, product substandard and not as per proofs. Told me I had been refunded which again was another lie. These guys are simply middle men, spend some time and find a direct supplier.

Slow delivery, damaged product
I requested a specific delivery date during my initial enquiry and was advised that date was achievable however once I had placed the order the delivery date kept getting pushed back and orders didn't start getting delivered until 2.5 weeks later, this was partly due to issues in Production from my understanding. This was a large corporate order that was planned so it was not ideal that delivery was so delayed. When I received the product it was also damaged. I wouldn't choose to order with Fluid again.
