Purchased their inline jet pump, built an entire PCV irrigation system around their products and...the pump died in less than 6 months after only using it maybe 3 times a week, max.

They have no answers to their phone number EVER on ANY of the extensions and I have yet to hear back from them via email. Really a shitty company all around. Their order system has been unreliable in the past and I have received broken products in the past, like some of the part for their Matrix system. Also, their platform drain system was a great idea since I didn't want to pay crazy shipping for a larger drain table but their quality is in the dump and they clog easily.

I would give no stars, the new 700 are so sharp and have no caps on the edges, the light weights 10lbs so if ya walk into it by accident, and there are 8 ninja swords. Will cut you and send you to hospital. I explain to shawn and some others that got involved at flora flex to see if they would add some safety to the light. But as soon as I said it cut me. They cut me off and there were 3 more people attached to the email. I have all the proof and will be seeking compensation. Yes I'm gonna sue flora flex.. do not use this co. They do not care about any of there products just your $

What a horrendous excuse for a grow company. I have bought 4 lights from them and 2 have broken within 3-8 months of using them. Customer service was great, didn’t ask any questions and shipped out a new one immediately. That was the first time. I wasn’t too upset. But then 3 weeks later it happened in another room… then I got the second light reshipped, but they sent me the wrong chord and have now taken idk a month to ship out the right one which I am still waiting for.

My spider farmer lights haven’t given out and they’re a bottom feeder company. I have come to assume floraflex is just as bad because they act like they have better quality products than these Chinese companies but we know they just white label the cheapest stuff they can find.

They’ve single handily ruined my runs this year. Thanks!!

After some issues they worked everything out for me!

My first experience with Floraflex was the purchase of their 650w 8 bar light that I purchased through a local store! I had previously only used HPS lighting, and wanted to see what LED could do. The Floraflex light has a substantial foot print, compared to HPS, eliminated heat issues. The thin profile allowed me to raise the light much higher than the HPS, which was an issue in my grow space! That was a pleasant unrealized benefit that I hadn't thought of! My electric consumption was drastically reduced! Also, the price vs some of the way more expensive lights fit my budget perfectly!
How could it be any better? The local shop here is small, and didn't have much of the Floraflex line of products, so I went right to Floraflex.com! Thats how it got better! I have since purchased 2 more of the same lights. They offer a range of pricing options, based on the urgency of your needs! Add to that, a great customer service, which addressed any concerns that I had in positive ways! I'm recently retired, and indoor gardening has been a passion for many years! I intend to continue that path through more years to come, and Floraflex products will be at the forefront of my garden moving forward! I can't wait to look into their irrigation products, nutrients and more! THANK YOU!
Update: last night, my hps light in a smaller room I had set up failed! I had talked to customer service earlier that day, and they had upgraded the shipping on my 3rd light! Should be here next week! I was easily able to move those plants under the 2 lights I currently have, at least until the 3rd arrives! It might have been the age of the hps system, but I look at as it just gave up, after seeing what the Floraflex was achieving!

Trying a new nutrient line, FloraFlex. Ordered 1-pound each of V1, V2, B1&B2 on 6/29/20 received on 7/6/20 total cost less available discounts plus shipping $ 65.94. In addition to my order I received 100g Veg Foliar nutrients, 80g Bloom Foliar nutrients and 1-pound Full Tilt(late bloomer) nutrients. Since you only use 1-3g any at a time this should go a very long way, running a continuous crop of 6-plants I estimate enough nutrients to last 3-4 months with some to spare.

As I see it now the only additional nutrients I will use is CalMag, Recharge and possibly a flowable silica or potassium silicate (if it wasn’t so expensive). Where else can you get everything you need to feed so many for $ 65.94. This is cheap for Hydro and Coco grows but in soil it can be really cheap.
I wouldn’t think FloraFlex to be for a beginner since you need to be able to read plants deficiencies or toxicity but who knows it may be as simple as following their feeding schedule. I am going to run 4 plants side by side; 1 in Coco, 1 in soil with FloraFlex and 1 each with my established and complicated nutrient system.
